i make all my content in picollage (I’m the picture of resourcefulness, I know) and I make the transparent images to put onto the flags in this app called ERASER. i’m quite literally restricted to my phone with 2GB storage, but I try to make my edits quality enough so you wouldn’t be able to tell that!
