Since a lot of people have been asking me about the brushes I use I might as well drop all of them

Non of them are payed brushes they’re all either found free resources online or created by me, please don’t don’t resell them or spread them around it’s not nice

I will link this in my pinned post too, please inform me if it doesn’t open I’ll fix it as soon as possible

Note that many of the brush names are in Chinese why? Because that’s the language I speak, you can rename them after you downloaded the pack I’m not gonna change them I won’t recognize them myself if I do :’)

WELCOME HOME THEORY

[PT.2 here!]

[SPOILERS FOR THE NEW UPDATE]

So, Wally, huh?

In the videos where three characters (including Wally) speak to each other about different things (Howdy's sibling drama, Julie's jokes, baking safety, etc.) Wally never speaks. We know he's there due to him being mentioned in the end, but he just never speaks up or anything throughout the snippet that we hear.

I think it's because he knows we're listening to them converse, and he's trying to hear us, to see us too. But he can't. He mentions it a lot that he can't hear us or see us, but knows that we can. And he tries hard as he does it every time. He even abandons his favorite Hobby, painting, to try and see us (as seen in the end of this video/audio).

He's trying, but just can't seem to. I'm guessing in the part that we don't hear after Wally's name is mentioned, is when he snaps back to reality and continues to communicate with his dear neighbors.

Just a theory tho, idk :P

WELCOME HOME THEORY PT.2

I have some proof to back up my theory. Listening to the audios of Wally talking to us, I've pieced together this:

There you are! Welcome home! Ha Ha Ha

You are the most! Ha Ha Ha!

You're so still.. What are you doing?

What are you waiting for, to hear me again? Ha Ha Ha! I think,, that means you can hear me..

Can you see me? That's okay if you can't. Don't worry, I know you're there. You know I'm here too. I will talk to you.

Do you like Home? Home is my house. Do you have a home too? Do you hear it too? You can hear mine.

Do you like to draw? I do. Do you know how to draw an eye? First you draw a circle. Next you draw a smaller circle inside. Then you color it in.

That's what an eye looks like. My eyes are black, what color are yours?

I can't hear you,, do you know who I am? We've looked in to each other's eyes so many times. You're looking at me now.

I have more eyes than I did before. You know how to draw eyes, you drew mine many times. I know it is thanks to you, neighbor, that I can see. But it is still,, I can't see..

Wally– once again – keeps on mentioning that we can see and hear him and that he can't see, nor hear us.

But wait, in the second line he says that "we're so still". Doesn't that mean he can see us?

Well, Yes and no. Welcome home is a kids show, which means that Wally probably broke the 4th wall like Dora the explorer to ask the young viewer some questions, just like he did when he asked: "My eyes are black, what color are yours?"

But I theorize that he's slowly becoming more and more aware that he's not in the show anymore and that he can't actually hear the answer from the viewers.

He also realizes that he can't see us like he once thought he did. Even tough he has "more eyes than he ever did before".

(could be connected to fanart in a way, maybe.)

We can also see that the more he's aware, the more 'Insane' he gets. You can see how the way he speaks gets more disturbing, especially in the last two audios. It's probably driving him to the brink of insanity at the fact that he can feel us watching him and his friends play out their everyday lives, but he can't even glimpse at ours.

P.S, I know that there is a different kind of sentence that the audios could make, but the sentence that I use seems more right to me.

BREAKING DOWN MY ART

The artwork I'm breaking down.

(Added text descriptions to the images (I did my best) in case you don't understand my handwriting)

Basically my rendering process and art techniques for all of my artworks. There is more to it of course but this post was centered on this whole drawing specifically and had to keep each description brief or this would have gotten excessively long. Besides, I've improved since this drawing and I do some things a bit diferently than before.

I can make more of these kind of post in the future explaining how I get to figure out the shapes and colors of things, basically how I draw.

Don't take this last image as if now the artwork is completely wrong because of "bad proportions". This is a self critique, by the estandars I put to myself. Putting that aside, it's still a good artwork, I did a pretty good job on this one and I hope one day to find the same motivation to surpass it.

i was looking through the welcome home webpage and found this little gem!

So on the right of this picture there looks to be an article or a describtion thats been cut off but if you look at the letters at the bottom you can read 'Hello You' pretty clearly imo

maybe the W at the bottom could also be a nod to Wally kinda like he signed it but idk might be to far of a stretch

If you are a white kid with a positive relationship (as in they are not abusing you and generally like you as a kid and want you to like them) with a casually racist family member have you considered guilt tripping them? It's been a highly effective tactic with my grampa. When he used to pop off with shit I wouldn't give him a dissertation like my mom and uncle did bcus he'd just dig in his heels and argue. Instead, I found a well placed "wow :( no it's fine I just like idk. I didn't know you were like that :(((( " worked WONDERS. If you want to deradicalize people, don't focus on writing essays for random trolls online. Just make your racist family feel bad for being racist. You might even be able to sneak some idk facts and logic into them after you've been doing that consistently while hanging out.

Being an aro and in love with your friends is weird. Like I want to send you love letters, and get you chocolates and write poem about you and make you a playlist and go on a mystical adventure with you and have sleepovers with you and cuddle under weighted blankets with you and put my shoulder under your chin and hear your heartbeat and throw popcorn at bad movies from the sofa and dance to cheesy songs from the radio and cover your face with kisses and raise kids with you... but um... not romantically.
