Theory Time! Alastor Might Get a Second Deal From Charlie

A couple months ago, Alex Brightman revealed that Cherri and Sir Pentious would sing a song together so that means at some point...contact has to be made in order for them to sing together. Unless the song ends up being more like "Whatever It Takes" where Carmilla and Vaggie shared the song about having similar protective feelings toward the ones they loved but sang it in different locations. I'm being that's the route they take because of what Sam said.

Sam Haft had also previously stated that nothing gets resolved this season so I want to bet that that includes that the season ends with Charlie somehow STILL not knowing that Pen was redeemed. I do think that Pen is smart enough to come up with some sort of device as a way of communicating to the Hazbin gang ,and the first person he's able to make contact with is Alastor...through his radio.

Valuable information just seems to fall into Alastor's lap so easily. And there's something poetic about the one that doesn't believe in people changing to be the first one to find out that Charlie was RIGHT and that redemption is possible. I can see Alastor pocketing this bit of information for a rainy day.

Since we know nothing gets resolved in S2, that means Alastor likely does not get to use his deal but maybe that "tension" that Erika was talking about for episode 7 is Alastor striking a second deal. He could word it like "I promise one day you'll redeem at least one person in exchange for..." It seems like something Alastor would do. What do you guys think?

Coming from Amir who has stated again and again he does not care about ships (except for Huskerdust). That same guy liked a Charlastor edit. Doesn't mean anything in regard to canon toward the show, but it's nice to see one of the VAs being positive toward the ship. Let's just not get too loud about it so that Amir doesn't delete/unlike the post. lol

Galaxy Con Panel

xD I just had to mention this. There was a part in a recent panel that went like this:

Alastor Cosplayer: Alastor was absent for episode 4 and episode 6? What do you think he was doing during those episodes?

Blake: Being a bitch.

Amir: While you were saying 'being a bitch' and the audience was laughing, he *gestures to Sam Haft* said 'jerking off'. I DON'T think that's what Alastor was doing and to answer your question, I'll have to say no comment only because I think there's some stuff that will come up later.

XD Sam was wild for that "jerking off" comment. I couldn't stop laughing when I heard that. Imagine though lol if those actually were eps he used for "stress relief". He's not apothisexual so he's not sex repulsed which means our deer guy probably does have desires. Now I need someone to draw a comic of Charlie catching him jerking off in his radio tower. 💀

On another note, Amir's answer is interesting and I'm actually stunned by how much he's been willing to share during the last few months as Amir tends to be the most tight lipped from the cast but once again, I find his answer interesting. I always assumed his absence was likely due to Alastor attending overlord meetings.

But if it was that simple, Amir would've simply said overlord meetings or a mundane response but he strongly suggested we would probably find out exactly what Alastor is up to when he's not with the Hazbin gang. I'm assuming it probably has to do with the one that holds Alastor's soul.

Happy (late) New Year everybody!

Decided to make a comic where Alastor and Charlie swap roles like in my character swap drawings many months ago. Thought it’d be fun to make this comic, there’s really no point to make this comic since it’s the same as the pilot but, meh. Hope you guys like it.

I also redesigned the outfits a little since I felt that my original designs were too similar to the HH designs.

Also in my version of this AU, Angel is still gay and Alastor is still asexual, but Angel has some feelings for alastor but respects that Alastor share the same feelings.
