i was outside w/ my cat just now. and he went behind a shrub for a bit, and me not realizing my neighbor was on the other side of that same shrub, poked my head round and said way louder than necessary, “my SCRUMPTIOUS darling boy, what ever are you doing over there??”

and this 40-something man i very rarely speak to handled it w/ remarkable grace and very tentatively responded “…..watering my.. roses? you?”

Gaza is still starving.

On Sunday July 20th, the Palestinian Health Ministry held a protest of sirens in what they say was an urgent warning and an alarm toward the deteriorating starvation and health situation in Gaza.

"Our sirens today are the voice of the hungry and the bererieved who are left to die without the minimum means of survival."

People from Gaza post their daily suffering for the whole world to see every single day.

Pictures of dead people, and people living in the most humiliating conditions imaginable are on display every day. Yet nothing has changed - the world leaders still refuse to listen, and people just look away and scroll past.

The war crimes akin to the holocaust are put on display each day - where people have to risk their lives for a chance of food, to nourish them during a famine.

Please, have humanity - imagine being completely humiliated and forced to ask strangers for help?

Dont just sit behind a screen, watch the suffering and do nothing - though donating and sharing we can make a real impact.

Ahmed ( @mazen-fmaily ) still needs $947 - only $173 out of the $1,200 he initially needed has been raised.

His father needs a heart battery. His father needs daily dialysis and oxygen to stay alive. His father - along with Ahmed himself needs food and water.

But due to the scarcity and high prices, Ahmed was forced to risk his life - and now his foot is severely injured.

He needs surgery to reconnect the tendons in his leg, his leg risks amputation.

Please, have some humanity - show your compassion and empathy by donating.
