The late San Francisco artist Bernice Lee Bing with one of her paintings. Bing fought through discrimination as a woman, as an Asian-American, and a lesbian, and was at the forefront of the city’s avant-garde art scene in the 1960s.

i def identify with “im not a woman im a lesbian” in regards to my gender but i dont really consider that as being nonbinary like the lesbian concept of gender is kind of separate from the gender politics u usually think of when you think of gender nonconformity
