i do love that this is the first time mulder has gotten to have a romance episode and it's only possible bc scully got abducted and shes not in the episode at all. if she was there we simply wouldnt accept this happening bc mulder wouldntve been investigating this vampire lady and getting seduced by her he wouldve just been hanging out with his friend scully :) hes only into the vampire lady bc hes so so lonely with scully missing

on the one hand im so tired of these early s2 xfiles episodes where its just mulder doing the field work and scully is staying in the lab doing autopsies on the other hand it is very cute that scully was like ok i know were not supposed to work together but send all your autopsies to me so we have an excuse to hang out :3 these two flirting over dead bodies ugh i hate them. and on the THIRD hand (alien hand) i get that gillian anderson was pregnant while filming this so they dont wanna film her at any angle where we can see her tummy and thats fine its just frustratinggggg i wanna see these buddies being buddies!!!!!!!
