wiping away a comically large bead of sweat from my brow bc i'm finally done w work... and procrastinating after. hi, folks! i’m alisa (s/h, 20+), writing for YUN MINJI. extra information about her will be under the cut, but the app is honestly... just about all you need to know about her, plus the fact that she's maybe the dumbest person within a 5km radius.

born kang minji, she uses yun minji as her stage name (and is mostly known as that!) because... kang minji's a basic ass name, lmao

not that much to be said about her childhood/adolescence. got into acting at a young age, and mostly played younger vers. of the leading characters. enjoyed (and still does!) acting very much, and so, continued taking projects of the like until she was 14.

had her first notable / breakout role then, and started being recognised in her own right. has been working like a cow ever since then, with at least 2-3 projects per year.

all that work paid off! as of the very recent conclusion of a very popular netflix drama in which she was the female lead, she's #1 on the brand reputation rankings and her commercial fees have increased tenfold! currently a hot trend, and is trying very hard to keep that momentum going.

unfortunately, her academic career's not making it very easy for her. she's never been the brightest crayon in the shed, unfortunately, and is struggling very much with school. trying her hardest to keep it under wraps, because, honestly? she wasn't even supposed to be admitted, if we're talking purely about grades.

juggling that + a drama that's about to start shooting? good luck charlie

anyway! i've not touched much on her personality, but that's simply because she has none. LMAO

had an image to maintain for the sake of her acting career, and never managed to let loose during her school years. still does, and so she's played the part of darling girl-next-door for.... as long as she's been acting. that doesn't leave much room for developing an actual personality, i fear.

has very high standards, for both herself & the people around her. i plan for it to be a plot point, when she starts filming + the added pressure on top of academia starts to overwhelm her, because she can't pick one!
