I've been losing so much weight but out of nowhere it just got stuck at 56.5kg
I restrict every day except a few days ago that I ate 1100 calories and from that point my weight stopped changing
Wtf do I do now??
(okay I decided I'm not gonna weight myself for like a week, keep restricting and a week from now I'll see how it's going)

Does anyone watch mukbang YouTubers, or obese YouTubers to motivate yourself?
Nikocado is an obvious pick, but I can't stomach his videos, he just grosses me out TOO much.
I love watching compilation videos of Amberlynn Reid, especially where she counts calories she ate in a day and it's like 5000 calories in a day, or like compilations of her starting and failing new diets.
It feels mean, but like, it's not like I'm hate commenting on her videos or anything. Watching her just pushes me to stay motivated and on my diet, or if I stay off my diet, watching her helps me get back on track.

Decided to end my fast now, and eat an apple.Heres how i fast for more than a day:
•when i wake up i drink a liter of water and take a shot of apple cider vinegar.
• I avoid going into the kitchen, i find it much easier to fast when food is out of sight.
• I will continue drinking water throughout the day but when 3 o’clock comes around I drink a sparkling water to help me feel full.
•around 4-5 o’clock i will go on a run for about 12mins and a walk for like 20mins. All together this usually burns like 250cals for me.
• if I don’t feel like going on a run I will just do a lot of cardio workout at home.
•when 6:00 comes around i will have a diet coke and continue drinking water(i also chew gum regularly to curb my appetite,i also do this when im not fasting)
