"Something important, huh? Hmm" Aiden took a slow sip of the offered tea, enjoying the burning sensation in the back of his throat, though careful not to gulp down too much and risk choking.

"Important enough to hypocritically run around without asking for help, after all those lessons you told me of relying on those around me to make things easier to carry? That kind of important?" Another sip was taken, and his shoulders relaxed.

in nick's mind, a talking zombie is no different. he's not even going to question the logic here. nope, just another person to talk to in this god-forsaken world.
