was watching Enemy of the world with Mod Sullivan today and since it was a part I'd already seen I stopped paying attention for a moment to joke with MS. I told them I was "pissing cutely" before looking back at my screen to see Salamander looking concerned and the credits immediately started rolling. We both fucking died

the way you can just barely see the human eye in there is actually really unnerving

I'm having a weird moment and tried to vent to Mod Sullivan. Realized how it was sounding and embraced it

I think it would mean a lot to Kate Stewart to meet the Doctor who ultimately started her father's UNIT journey. Because of Timey Wimey stuff she can't tell him who she is of course, but she can still show some thanks.

Bonus:

I like to imagine since Donna works for UNIT now, she likes to ask Kate along for lunch occasionally. And I also think 14 wouldn't hear the END of it once she finds out about Jamie.

In the Highlanders, the Doctor agrees that Jamie can come with them, as long as he teaches him the bagpipes. However, about a season later in the Abdominable Snowmen, Jamie finds an old set of pipes and comments he could probably fix them, to which the Doctor responds 'I was afraid you'd say that.'

So somewhere between these two episodes, the Doctor’s attitude towards bagpipes has shifted dramatically and I wanna know why. How badly did those lessons go?
