Every once in a while I like to take a moment to reflect on how far my fitness journey has come and conjure up where this new healthy body will continue to take me. It is a process I never want to end. I want to continually challenge myself to climb greater heights. The girl on the left was sad, depressed, lonely, confused. She knew not what direction to run in, but one day decided to just run. It’s not the destination that shapes your life but how many hurdles you’ve leapt and stones you’ve tripped over. I still don’t know where this journey will end, but I’m sure enjoying the ride.
