so our manager got a complaint from a customer who was literally yelling because she “called four times last night and not one person answered the phone this is ridiculous what kinda incompetence hurrbdurr” and my a manager was like “alright ma’am i’m sorry you had this experience. about what time did this occur” and the woman said “10:30” and my manager just paused for a second and said “ma’am we close at 10” and honestly? the general public is just so exhausting
