I've seen some scant posts about the language in Rain World but I'm kind of surprised that the Guardian halos haven't been mentioned as much.

Especially because this stuff is just sitting there on the wiki. If these are indeed numerals in the halos - or as the game calls them, thinking-rings...

Then the language in Rain World uses a base 7 number system! Of course we don't know what the Guardians are or where they came from, but they do have the Karma 10 symbol on their faces (as their faces?) so I'm comfortable with calling this a number system.

It would of course also mean that the Guardians are just sitting around down there doing math.
