Hey kid, look at me.
I want you to T-pose. Turn your right thumb up and your left thumb doen and look at your right thumb. Move your arms up and down a bit until you feel a nerve running from your armpit to your palm. Now turn your right thumb down and your left thumb up, and look at your left thumb. Keep your chest facing forward and your shoulders back. Move your arms again until you feel that nerve again. Keep alternating between these two for a minute, or look at each thumb thirty times each.
Now sit down. Put your left hand firmly under your left buttock, palm down. Keep your shoulders back and put your right hand over the crown of your head, very gently pulling it to the right. Do this for thirty seconds, then do it again but with your right hand under your right buttock.
These are stretches for the nerves in your arms, and are very good for people who sit behind a computer a lot, or fibre artists, or you name it. Do them daily. They will hurt in the beginning, but keep doing them, even after the pain has gone, or it will return and you'll have to start all over.

three 'please draw my bike as a horse' commissions! breed choices and tack under cut:
The first one is a workhorse commute bike that is dependable, can carry a lot, and has been with owner for a very long time. I thought a carriage horse would be suitable specifically:
I had in mind a large draft breed - specifically the Drum Horse - for being large, sturdy, gentle, and very even-tempered. While a 'drum horse' is not a specific recognized breed like Shire horses, Shires are not allowed to have white markings like roan or piebald. So, Drum Horses are Shires crossbred with Vanner Cobs and Clyesdales to create any coat and marking possibility while retaining the Shire's distinctive leg feathering.
The owner of the mountain bike wanted an Andalusian, Mustang, or Lusitano with western tack and some leg protection. My concept was a red chestnut Mustang with saddlebags and protectors on the front knees.
The last one is a 'little three speed with pedal brakes like a kid's bike'. I picked a Welsh pony for her.
I do think this bike is still too big to be a Shetland! This is a Welsh Mountain Cob, and they're hardy and have excellent temperaments. They're good for lesson horses and children's show ponies. This one has a simple classical riding saddle and saddle blanket on.

The thing about superman and batman is that people attempt to erroneously fit them into the jock vs nerd archetypes, since superman's most prominent power is his physical strength and batman's is his brain.
But that's all wrong. like firstly, superman doesn't have to work out for those powers. clark is spending zero percent of his time at the gym unless he's researching a story on metropolis fitness clubs. plus, he had to learn math and physics from a really early age just to figure out how to do things like open the fridge door without accidentally yanking it off its hinges. when superman gives you a hug he is running calculations in the background on how much force to use precisely the entire time. meanwhile batman is indeed very smart but he is also working out pretty much constantly. from batman's martial arts to brucie wayne's pratfalls that dude invests a truly insane amount of himself into honing his athletics.
So then people try and go, well if it's superficial then the true opposite end spectrums they occupy are prep and goth. right? but clark is a rural kid from smallville and bruce is 100% rich boy, so while goth fits batman pretty well it doesn't automatically follow that he's on the opposite spectrum from prep, or that superman sits there comfortably. clark likes his bright colors and breathable fabrics but he's not exactly eager to go joint a yacht club.
no, I would posit that they are just pretty overall similar, and the only truly opposite poles they occupy are night & day themes. superman gets his power from the sun and wakes up every morning at five am to get his big glass of fresh squeezed juice and check the news. batman fashioned himself off of a nocturnal hunter and only sees the sun rise when he's been awake for more than 24 hours and can come at it from the opposite end.
