For moon, she shouldn’t have gone especially cause of the being the only mindreading dragon and prophet, but also because she was still only a child, both mentally and physically. These events are shown to take place what, maybe a month max after they defeated darkstalker? I suppose I understand sending someone who was 5-6 who wasnt involved with that conflict, but holy crap?? Were they not still recovering from that? They just watched tens of icewings and nightwings die and they had to defeat a basically immortal being with a STRAWBERRY, now they have to deal with THIS? Goodness 😭🙏 let these kids heal! Not to mention that moon was also like, super dependent on her mother before this? And doesn’t work too well in stressful situations? Plus, Moon is super important to pyhhria too, like you said, theres little to NO reason to let her go over there. The risks of her dying or getting caught and used against them FAR outweights the benefits of having her with them, especially because, while she is treated like the second coming of clearsight, shes NOT. She can only do prophecies and small visions (like the cave), and it seems to be rare and for HUGE events. She just wouldn’t be all that helpful on pantala

As for winter going, Personally I am an advocate for the jade winglet to stay put due to traumatic events. Winter especially, but if we ignore that and just consider which dragons would be the best for the job, I still think winter wouldn’t necessarily be the best option? While I love winter (<—- diehard winter LOVER and apologist), I think that going to pantala would not have been his strong suit. He’s strong, sure, but he wasn’t shown to necessarily work well with teams. Lynx is shown to be decently strong, trusted, and has good social skills. I also do understand snowfall’s hesitation to choose winter, even when she did consider it, because he wasn’t necessarily apart of the kingdom of ice anymore, he wasn’t a citizen she could necessarily nominate.

Tldr cause im a yapper: you’re super right that moon shouldn’t have gone, but I think that lynx was a good choice for pantala over winter

I headcanon that Henry has actually accepted the Lia doesn’t like him but has realized that it makes people laugh when he tries to make her date him, and he’s scared that if he isn’t “the funny one” nobody will like him, so he continues to harass Lia

After rewatching the flashback scene at the start of episode 9, I paid more attention to Henry and Liam than I should. And now I'm gonna share the data with you guys.

Theory: Henry and Liam don't like Drew that much…? Or mostly Liam...(To be revised)

Obviously there's the fact that they rarely include Drew in their conversations. They always have eyes for each other (gay!?) and always have each other's company while Drew stands there and sulks about whatever magenta shit he's on this time.

But, I noticed something in the flashback.

I don't necessarily know how to explain this part, but like, have you ever had that one friend that just bothered you and you like, talked about it with a friend and they agreed, and then every time that one friend does something again you both give each other that Look? Yeah, for me, it kinda seems like that look.

(Side note, I just LOVE the way they look at each other. Get you a lover who looks at you like how Liam looks at Henry while he's yapping about how "they're called visual novels, actually".)

There's also the fact that it's kinda implied that Drew could NOT care less about their interests. I MEAN, I'M NOT SAYING THIS IS NEW NEWS, I just kinda wanted to point that out as a factor to why I think Henry and Liam might not like Drew. He pushes Henry off from Jake (protective much?/j) after he excitedly talks about watching My Hero, and passes on their invitation on learning about their interests. (Also, look at this frame HELP)

They also glance toward each other during the Jake recording scene:

They do still side with Drew, but I think that's maybe just because they think they have to?

I mean come on look at his face. Does he really look like he wants to side with him?

Liam only stands up when Henry chooses to stand up and side with Drew (which, fits into the last theory I made, please do check that out if you haven't already!). It feels like he's taking any side that Henry does, if that makes sense? I don't know if I'm making sense.

I mean look Liam's not even in the scene! These are all the people taking Drew's side (Henry because he trusts Drew, Zoey because she's just stirring up drama, and Lia because she's jealous). Henry's in frame but Liam isn't!

(unrelated but in this scene henry just keeps staring everywhere i love him)

Oh, and another thing, Jake also side eyes Henry and Liam as they're talking about the bet thing:

so I wouldn't put it beside Drew to have also been complaining about the other two.
