After about 15 minutes of pouring into a bag, the final result was a 3-ounce cup of fermented coffee. I've never seen such attention given to preparing a cup of coffee. Albeit theatrical in some regards, I really admire the Japanese focus on detail and precision. Definitely worth 9 bucks. (at 茶亭羽當)
