Coming back to their home was something Y/N was longing for. She couldn't wait to rush into their bedroom and nest with her alpha and pup. It was something omegas craved after birth, and Y/N was practically begging for Levi to hurry and put the car in park. After spending two days in a cold, unwelcoming hospital Y/N and Levi were more than ready to finally lie in their own bed. "I'll get her, you go inside and get comfortable okay?"

Y/N accepted with a smile, rushing inside and plopping onto their bed with a sigh. She missed this. She doesn't know how she ever considered leaving after birth, her alpha was everything she wanted, needed and loved. Minutes pass before Levi creeps into their shared room with Sooyun in his arms, gracefully walking over to Y/N's nest. "Can we come in?"

Y/N and her omega swoon, inviting her pup and alpha into their nest with a racing heart.

Levi had never left his job so early, or so fast. His heart was pounding as he drove through the busy streets, foot heavy on the gas pedal. The moment he saw the omega's contact name flashing across his screen he knew something was wrong. Y/N never called him while he was working. "Just breathe through them hm? Alpha's almost there."

Y/N hiccuped, clutching the phone tighter as another contraction tore through her. She yelped. "I-I'm scared alpha."

Levi frowned, willing whatever gods exist to help him make it to Y/N safely, and before she has the baby in their bedroom alone. "There's no need to be scared baby. She's here, you've been planning this for months now."

The omega nodded, taking a second to catch her breath as her stomach began to loosen as a contraction ended. "I need you." Y/N couldn't help the lump forming in her throat.

"Alpha's here. I'm here."

Three hours had passed and Y/N was still fighting with every fiber of her being to give birth to a healthy baby girl. The waiting room filled with her friends and family, even Hange and Erwin were waiting patiently to hear some good news about the wailing omega inside the small hospital room.

Y/N's eomma was nervous, cuddling into her husband with a small sigh.

And then finally silence.

Followed by a shrill cry.

A baby girl announcing her presence could be heard in the corridor. Loud, yet soft wails reaching everyone's ears at the same time. Glancing at Eren with a smile Hange shed a few tears. As Y/N's best friend who was like a brother to her felt his heart swell.

His neice was here.

Y/N held her baby girl in her arms, kissing her damp forehead with a smile. Tears stained her cheeks as she silently wept, scent reeking of excitement, joy and fondness. Despite the room smelling heavily of the aftermath of birth, Levi found himself inhaling the pheromones the omega released, wanting to etch this moment permanently into his memory forever. "She's beautiful Y/N." The alpha said it softly, bringing more tears to Y/N's eyes unintentionally.

The alpha reached a hand out, silently asking for permission to touch the pup. It wasn't uncommon for an omega to be extremely protective over their pups after birth. The alpha always had Y/N's best interest in mind, so he of course waited until the omega surely nodded before letting a finger softly caress the baby's jet black hair. "Wow it's so soft, and long."

Y/N giggled, watching as the pup fall back asleep, cuddling into her eomma for comfort and warmth. "Do you want to know her name?"

The alpha nodded, waiting patiently for the omega to reveal the baby's name, but never taking his eyes off of the pink bundle Y/N held securely in her arms. "I know whatever you picked for her is beautiful."

"This is Sooyun, named after-"

"A lotus flower..." The alpha finished, eyes finding Y/N's and glazing over. "Like the one I have tattooed below my heart?" The alpha's mouth suddenly felt dry, a lump rising in his throat. "Like my eomma?" The omega smiled, teary eyes turning into crescents as the alpha's scent blossomed.

"Yeah.. just like that."

And if the alpha broke into a fit of tears and hiccups while holding Sooyun for the first time no one besides Y/N would ever know. The omega swooned, her alpha being vulnerable with her and crying over her pup made her heart skip two beats. She was undeniably in love with Levi. And she was certain the alpha felt the same.

29 Baby Shower

Y/N had decided a few weeks ago to allow Levi to plan out her baby shower. She expected something small as she didn't have many friends, but now the omega's love for the alpha had grew tenfold. The amount of time and dedication the alpha put into celebrating her, and their pup- her eyes glazed over before she was bursting into tears.

Her parents were standing in front of her, holding their arms open to welcome their youngest daughter into their embrace. "Eomma. Appa." Y/N rushed into their arms, sobbing her heart out for all the months she couldn't spend with her parents.

"How are you here? How did you know?"

Y/N's eomma smiled softly, wiping her daughter's tears. "Let's just say you have a very determined alpha."

After reuniting with her parents Y/N broke away to go find her alpha, surprised to find more of her family and friends crowded gracefully into their home. Decorations were placed neatly, desserts and food filling the home with a lovely aroma. "Eren! Thank you for coming."

The alpha smiled, planting a kiss onto his best friend's forehead. "Of course Y/N. I even brought a few special people with me." The omega's eyes followed the alpha's extended hand, landing onto her old group of friends.

The omega broke into tears again, mentally kicking herself for crying so much as she rushed into their arms. "Mikasa? Armin? I missed you guys!" The omega spent the next few minutes catching up with her old friends, letting them rub her distended belly with a shy smile.

"This shower is amazing sunshine, you seriously bagged the best alpha in the world."

Y/N hummed, feeling giddy as another praised her alpha. "I know."

"Hey love." Y/N's omega sighed in pleasure at the onslaught of pheromones from their alpha.

"Alpha, this is so much more than I've ever imagined. My parents, my friends- I can't thank you enough." Y/N could only wrap her arms around the alpha, kissing his cheek in thanks before scenting him softly. "This means the world to me."

The alpha hummed, resting his hands along the curve of the omega's back. "There is one thing you can do to show me how grateful you are." A smirk graces his lips.

Y/N giggles and shoves the alpha away playfully. "I'm not telling you her name yet."

The alpha huffed dramatically, pouting and kissing the omega's soft cheeks with a frown.

"Fine. Just promise me you won't tell Hange first." The alpha turned his head to glare at the omega sitting a few feet away from them, Y/N laughing as Hange returned Levi's distasteful glare.

"Don't tease her, she's been amazing to me, I wish we'd met sooner." Y/N smiled at the other omega appreciatively.

Levi huffed again, rolling his eyes. "She just wants to keep you all to herself."

The omega giggled, kissing Levi's lips softly. "I'm all yours baby alpha."

The alpha smiled, leaning down to Y/N's plush lips once more. "And I'm all yours."

"Levi? What's all this?" Y/N rubbed her stomach anxiously, hoping the alpha wasn't inviting another omega into their home. A number of counter arguments ran through her mind.

But above all of her reasoning, mostly she wanted Levi all to herself. The omega didn't want the alpha courting, kissing, even talking to anyone that wasn't her. She knows it's unreasonable and probably not her place to request such a thing, but for Levi she doesn't care.

Levi's eyes searched the room frantically, avoiding eye contact with Y/N at all cost. "Well it's uh..." The alpha's tongue suddenly seemed heavy. The smell of his anxiety seeping through and filling the room quickly. "It's for you and me to celebrate."

Y/N could feel her worries slowly fading away, a small smile resting on her lips as she turned to the lovely dinner. "What are we celebrating?"

The alpha hummed, suddenly seeming more confident as he rushed to pull the omega's chair out for her, gesturing for her to have a seat with a smile. "Two things."

"You're reaching six months- a wonderful moment that should be rejoiced." Y/N hummed, cheeks turning a crimson red as she stared at the alpha seated across from her. "And our friendship."

Y/N's omega whimpered at the alpha calling them 'friends.' Both Y/N and her omega had hoped the alpha returned their feelings. "I see."

The alpha's smile stiffened, a nervous laugh filling the quiet space between the two of them. "You know, I was secretly hoping you felt something for me. Or felt the same way about me, as I feel about you." The alpha poured sparkling cider into their glasses, not trusting him to look into the omega's eyes

"A-And how do you feel about me Levi?" The omega could feel her heart pounding in her stomach, her eyes warm to the touch. Her omega suddenly alert and wagging her tail hope seeping into their heart.

"I like you. Alot. And I don't want you to ever leave." The alpha paused, gathering his words. "Either of you actually, my alpha somehow thinks of your pup as ours... it's silly I know."

"Levi."

The alpha hums, eyes on the omega to give her his undivided attention.

"Thank you for everything." Y/N's eyes water slightly, a tear staining her cheek before she has the chance to blink them back. "Silly hormones, sorry I'm ruining our moment by being emotional."

Levi reaches a hand across the table, intertwining their fingers softly. His thumb rubs the back of the omega's hand softly, releasing calming pheromones to relax and soothe her. "Its not silly, and its okay to be emotional Y/N."

The omega nods, sniffing slightly. "Okay alpha."

Levi grins, kissing Y/N's knuckles softly. "Lets eat?"
