I have seen it done, and now I cannot let go of the sight. The closest I have achieved was a wave of a signal I drowned, resurfacing in a short time, in many places. But not at the same time. The device that was used to create the initial synchronicity is a transponder of obscure design. Union secrets. UAD, to be precise.
