W14: Final Pitching Experience
Months of research and development culminated in this moment, where we showcased SegreGREATe, our innovative wifi segregation solution. We had conducted extensive interviews with landfill workers, university heads, and local government officials, gathering insights and building crucial partnerships. We presented a captivating one-minute video showcasing SegreGREATe's features and benefits. The video not only highlighted the technical aspects but also emphasized the positive impact it could have on communities. As we presented, we felt a sense of pride and responsibility, knowing that our work could make a real difference. It was the end of our journey and a testament to our dedication to tackling the issue of waste management through technology.

W13: Launching of Idea
These past few weeks have marked a significant milestone for our project as we officially launch our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. These platforms will be crucial in spreading awareness, engaging with potential customers, and building a community around our waste-to-Wi-Fi solution. By sharing the video on our social media platforms and other channels, we can collect valuable feedback from viewers. This feedback will be crucial in improving the MVP to ensure it effectively addresses user needs. The video can highlight how our system works: waste segregation directly translates into usable Wi-Fi, making the process clear and impactful.

W12: Group Updates (Traction Channel, Updated MVP, and Product-Market Fit Customer Discovery)
The group focused on refining our project with a specific target audience in mind: students, schools, and local government units (LGUs). We've updated our minimum viable product (MVP) to focus on a waste segregation system that converts waste into usable Wi-Fi. This aligns with the growing need for sustainable solutions and improved internet access in educational institutions and communities. The group interviewed the city local government and asked them if they were willing to collaborate on the project, and they agreed, and the university also agreed. The bullseye in our traction channel is social media, and we've established a strong presence on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. These platforms allow us to reach a wide audience, target specific demographics, and build a community around our project.

W11: Midterm Pitching Experience
The midterm pitching experience was a scary but ultimately rewarding culmination of our research into the human side of waste management. Standing before a panel of esteemed judges, we presented our findings from interviews conducted at landfills and MRF, highlighting the low wages and often hazardous working conditions faced by trash collectors. By sharing the stories of these individuals, we raise awareness about the challenges they endure and advocate for improved working conditions and fair compensation. This experience was more than just a presentation, it was a call to action, urging us to continue exploring this crucial issue and contributing to positive change for the individuals who keep our communities clean.

W5 - Customer Segments
Talking about our start-up to a bunch of people isn't as scary as we thought. The feedback they give us is really important. It helps us improve our system to match what they want. But it's still hard to really connect with them one-on-one. We have to be polite and ask if we can talk to them. A lot of us on the team are shy, so we're trying to be more outgoing. We know it's important to do this, even if it's tough. By doing this, we can have better conversations with our audience. This will help our start-up do well. So, we're trying hard to get better at it and make our start-up a success.

W4 - Value Proposition Canvas
Listening to what potential customers think helps us make our project perfect. Their thoughts are like a compass, guiding us toward creating something they'll love. When we hear their ideas and fix any issues they mention, our project improves. It's like we're smoothing out the rough edges until it becomes something they truly desire. Every time we listen and learn from them, our project gets closer to hitting the mark. And when our project is exactly what they want, everyone wins, and our project can thrive. Hearing their insights and problems is a big help for our start-up project, their ideas are also the foundation of what this project is becoming. So, we keep listening, keep learning, and keep making our project better until it's perfect for them.

W3 - Customer Discovery of your Group Idea
As we gathered the results from the interviews, we discovered that we could make a profit out of it and also help Mother Nature at the same time. We discussed and came to the conclusion that we need to work with or partner up with a company that has the same vision as us, the JunkRepublik. This company gives something in return if people throw and segregate their trash. Potential customer feedback makes our start-up better, and their feedback gives us more ideas on what to do to make the project the best it can be.
All of the client's reviews are valuable for us to come up with more ideas. This is my view about the interviews we have done and talking with some potential users.

W2 - Problem Exploration and Team Formation
The interviews showed good answers and gave their insights about different problems and challenges that can be solved through technology. Many challenges that people encounter can be solved by technology.
I shared my ideas with my group during group discussion, and each one of us gave ideas. Forming a team with different personalities and having an extrovert person in the group helps introverts gain confidence. Communication is a big part of team coordination. As a project manager, I assigned everybody and myself certain work so that we all had the same workload. Open communication is a must for the team to work and to be able to synergize each member's mind into one.

W1 - Intro to Technopreneurship and Test Results
Technopreneurship is a combination of entrepreneurship and technology, which I think plays a vital role in our economy or social environment. My mistake in conducting the interview was that my approach to my interviewees was not so professional. The next time I conduct an interview, I will say to them what the overview of the interview is and ask professionally. It makes them feel respected if I ask questions with good manners and grammar. I learned that not everybody can handle talking in a large crowd; there are too many introverted people in college, but life is evolving, and their personalities might change someday.
College life changed me; two years ago, I took a personality test and was told I was an introvert, but I now know I am an extrovert; big changes in different environments. College life changed me. Two years ago, I took a personality test and was told I was an introvert, but I now know I am an extrovert. An extrovert gives others the courage to speak up; like in ours, everybody can speak and show themselves. This start-up group or team can make me grow, not only mentally but also in communicating with a large volume of people. It's a big change for me.
