“you know i already bought everything we might need, right? i don’t know what else you expected!” laughter bubbled from her lips at the sight of his grocery bag, though she reassured him that she didn’t mind it. she wasn’t the type to say ‘thank you’ out loud, even though this was her best brief, after all. so, she resorted to a slight nudge, her elbow lightly hitting his side. hopefully, it would’ve been enough to let him know that she appreciated his thoughtful gesture.

summer personified. born in brisbane, australia. raised by the water by a family of carefree surfers and business owners. 

she was a restless & always curious child. she had tried everything and anything under the sun: painting, sculpting, singing, dancing, soccer, volleyball, etc. you say it, she’s tried it. would only rest during her night sleep.

school was fun, if you ask julia. her grades, however,,, BARELY above average. not her fault that she was busy focusing on other activities!!! during school tho is when she found out just how much she loved singing, dancing, entertaining people! anything to make them happy!

teenage years were great too. she’d started to attend different classes and lessons where she’d be taught how to sing and dance properly, even going to win multiple competitions across the country.

however, her parents were worried for their reckless daughter who was always up to something. performing, singing, dancing, swimming, school, hiking, trespassing, bungee jumping, sneaking out, these were all reasons for them to be concerned about julia and her safety.

once she finished high school, she got into the university of queensland! she was studying kinesiology and everything was going quite well till the last few years of college when she realized that no matter what she was doing, her true love seemed to be performing.

so, after a few weeks of thinking it through, she travelled to sydney without telling her parents and auditioned for lgc. and in jan 2020, she got in! this meant that she had to move all the way back to south korea and she didn’t mind it one bit, she wanted to try something new!!!!

adjusting to the culture was difficult and she’s struggling with it to this day, but she’s enjoying her days as a trainee, trying to stay out of trouble and filling her little free time by tutoring kids and teaching them how to speak english!

♡    personality .

for most people, julia is a really chill / easy going / fun girl. she is the one to encourage people to do things that they’re afraid to try & she’s also willing to join them to show that she’s supporting them. she has many friends ( or acquaintances, as many would prefer calling them ), though she is 100% loyal only to her closest friends ( or friends, as others would call them ). the type of person that is more than willing to jump with you in a pool w freezing water or to do something that’s borderline illegal.

she also tends to be a workaholic. this stems from her restlessness. always up to something, you’ll never find her at the dorm ( call her if you need her, you never know where she is ). on the downside, she can sometimes be guarded when she meets new people. because of that, many people think that she’s a mean girl and honestly.... maybe... she kinda is. if she doesn’t like someone / feels like someone doesn’t like her, she doesn’t hesitate to spew something poisonous right away.
