Hi anon ! Honestly that's kind of a simple question to answer. I just look at the person's face and go through any names I can think of to see which one fits the person best based on their face ( pls do not ask why I do this, it's just a personal preference when choosing names and even I don't know why I do it that way haha ). As for ages, I do my best to stay within the -3 / +3 age limit rule, with 5 years being the max !
