Ancient Italian warriors, The swastika an old aryan sysmbol has become a symbol of evil since its use by the Nazis, It is a shame that the hammer and sickle the symbol of an even worse evil does not generate the same or worse feeling of repulsion.
The symbol of Comminism the greatest evil in the history of mankind.

I wish there were more choices, hard to believe that in a country the size of the USA this guy and the criminal Joe Biden are the only choices being offered the american people. Would be nice to have a candidate with real wisedom and an understanding of Economics. Wish there were someone like Ron Paul as a choice.

I question the accuracy of all dateing beyond 4000 years. When you date the geological era by the fossels found in it and date the fossels by the geological era, you get crazy fake results. Actually all the geological layers were put down at about the same time by the biblical flood.
Ordovician seabed, Zdeněk Burian
You weirdos, you miscreations, you cystoids—named so-unfortunately-yet-so-appropriately—anchored in sand and detritus, mouth on the top and anus on the side, waving too few arms over bodies of deformed geometries—bodies like globs of wax spilled down a candleside, like the embryos of forgotten Platonic solids, like half-planted Lovecraftian rhizomes and bulbs, like toddler doodles looped and scribbled and abandoned on the playroom floor—how is it your breed lasted 100 million years?

Mammuthus columbi, the Columbian mammoth, by Zdenek Burian
Well, not exactly. This was supposed to be the imperial mammoth (Mammuthus imperator) when it was painted, but since then imperator has become synonymized with columbi, so you have one warm-weather North American mammoth and one cold-weather North American mammoth.
So that means there are at least two Burian Columbian mammoth pieces. This one is a lot more relaxed and peaceful.

Mammuthus trogontherii, the steppe mammoth, by Zdenek Burian.
Another dynamic mammoth piece by Burian, it kind of reminds me of Zallinger’s original idea for the woolly mammoth in The Age of Mammals. Steppe mammoths were huge, and Burian’s art captures a bit of how terrifying it might have been to stare one down.
