Story Fourteen: Iona Lamb and Karyanna Dwemmer
Part Two: Karyanna Dwemmer
Of course no one was against that. This was, collectively, our life goal. We, myself included, worked late hours and had very little sleep over the past eight days. But it was worth it.
The backups were from the dymensional plane as it was in mid-December. We had about two months of work that we lost as a result. But we collaborated and restored what was lost. Was it perfectly parallel to what we built before? Most likely not. But it filled the holes; we had only some minor touching-up with Remikra and Canticula.
The day before yesterday, so five days after the Admins submitted their hacking report to the federal government, we got word that Robert Tims left the country. West Horizon is replacing him with another one of their leadership members. Speculation is that he is most likely somewhere in the Edoran Regiondom, but he will be found soon.
Regardless, the official ceremonies took place tonight in the Great Hall of Cabotton University. There are no official Headquarters yet for Library of Circlaria; however, this is going to be their common meeting place until a venue is found. Regardless, we are no longer the Williard Kent Initiative; we are now Library of Circlaria. The ceremony went without flaws. We presented that Remikra and Canticula were only the beginning; that we are going to continually update what was built so far while expanding to include other regions like Ancondria, West and East Hobland, and so forth. Such was met with incredible enthusiasm from those attending as an audience. And word is that many are boosting tradestone investments accordingly.
Perhaps we will spend the rest of our lives in the dymensional plane created by Library of Circlaria, if our world does not last for any reason. That was one of the principles of the original Project one-hundred years, if I am correct.
In any case. I am now going to retire to my bed for some long-awaited sleep.

Part Two: Karyanna Dwemmer
"The two incidents aren't related," Jax Lyons said, after we presented everything. "The kernel shows a hack that happened on January 4....well, in this case, I will report Tims accordingly, and then we will have to meet after-hours for what to do about investigating the other hack as well as how to...I guess rebuild our dymensional plane...unfortunately we may have to push the deadline."
"No need," Rebecca Mackwell said. She then proceeded to a spot in front of the other four Admins. "It was me. I hacked the plane before everything happened. I've been trying and trying to convince everyone that an attack like this might happen, yet no one listened. So I signed into a temporary Admin account and backed everything up."
"If this is a joke, it will not be taken well," Jax said.
Mackwell flicked out a card. "Check the University Library: Restricted Section One. Titled 'Reserved Version One.' There are seventeen volumes."
Meona Bell turned to the rest of us and spoke in her elderly but projecting voice. "If this is a solution, is there anyone against working excessive after-hours to make next week's deadline happen on schedule?"

Part Two: Karyanna Dwemmer
I did not dare let slip any detail of our plan previously, not even in a personal journal entry. But now that it's all over, I feel safe to disclose everything openly and freely.
So Iona followed through with what she said she would do. She sent a message to Robert Tims. She claimed that we had supposedly established a business this month called Minnos, with an agenda to follow through on scientific theories and construct submarines, as well as numerous detection devices, in order to search for henshale deposits under the East-Central portion of the Galapolgis Islands. Accordingly, we were supposedly a startup with loans from abroad; however, we were willing to invest in high-quality products from West Horizon owing to confidence that such a venture would pay off. We also said that we were staying at a very nice hotel called The Commencement, located in Three Points (and this part was true; we decided to indulge a little), and that we were open to meeting with him on the First Floor in the Dining Area for an informal dinner conversation over an inquiry into what West Horizon had to offer.
Tims replied, saying that while he did not normally do such informal meetups but that this time, he happened to have a schedule cancellation, and that he would be willing to provide us guidance in our business growth as well as West Horizon investment advice.
So last Friday, we traveled to Three Points. We woke up at 4:30 am, as the flight out of Gentry County left at 6:00 am. But it was a very short flight. And when we arrived, we took a mesh-train shuttle from the Three Points Airfield to the Commencement Hotel. Along the way, we say how upper-class the region appeared. Very large houses here, even larger than at Cabotton University.
The Hotel Commencement was very modern, very spacious, and very comfortable. I guess it was designed for those distinguished alumni of the Three Points Academy, but there were seemingly limitless conveniences around every corner and hallway of that place. The First Floor had a vast lobby, known as the Atrium, as well as numerous dining halls, ballrooms, auditoriums, public baths, and an indoor mesh train platform, from where we disembarked. The other four floors, reserved for the numerous bedrooms and suites, were traversed by numerous elevators and ramps. And the Top Deck of the building was home to an outdoor pool and observation deck, closed right now for the season. We took tram-shuttles from the mesh train platform to our suite, which had two beds each containing its own bathroom, OCEA console, miniature library, refrigerator, and a small oven.
We spent Friday touring everywhere inside the Hotel Commencement, the Three Points Academy, and then the numerous shops and places of the Three Points Municipality. We slept in our suite that evening. And on Saturday, we did largely the same, only this time, going through the Library at the Academy.
That evening, we had our informal dinner with Robert Tims.
"Karyanna? Iona?" he introduced himself, shaking our hands. "Dr. Robert Tims here. And very nice to meet you." He walked us back to the table and sat us down. He seemed full of energy. "So. Curious question. About Minnos...have you been to the Galapolgis before?"
"Oh yes," I said. For a brief moment, Iona glanced at me. I was improvising at this point, as I had not been there, truthfully. Nevertheless, I went on about my imaginary trip, with the imaginary tram rides and air cruises, and dining on the deck next to the sea and so forth. And he seemed to be eating this up.
During the course of this, we had ordered the same item: honeyed chicken with buttered broccoli, a sweet dinner roll, fruit salad, and water. Then we ordered the wine, the one Tims preferred. He finished his well before we finished ours. In fact, we each only took several sips.
"Don't you like it?" he asked us.
"Of course we do," I said. "We just prefer to savor each sip."
For a moment, I feared that our cover would unravel. But then he shrugged and said, "More for me." He ordered another round for himself.
Now it was Iona's turn to speak. "The Galapolgis trip was a memorable one, almost as memorable as our times in university."
"Ah. You went to school together as well..." he asked.
"We saw each other in passing," I replied.
And so began the conversation of our backgrounds, with us exchanging stories while we watched Tims exhibiting more and more signs of drunkenness. Before long, he mentioned his time in the Pageturner Guild, why he joined, and what he did, including promotions to assist their leadership board.
"I am sure it is honorable, what you did," Iona said. "I have too many marks on my record to join such an organization, let alone West Horizon or getting promoted or anything like that."
"You wanna know something?" Tims said, his speech now a bit slurred. "All of us do. Even everyone at the top, way above me by the way...in fact, I have a secret."
We both leaned in but it turned out not to be too obvious. "What is that?" I asked.
"You know how the Williard Kent Initiative is trying to sabotage us..."
"I read your article."
"Well...I placed something called a kernel in their plane. I didn't sabotage it. Don't worry. But made a real subtle change there, ... but regardless, it was enough to delay them and give us more time. I bet they're trying to reverse and remove it. But I made sure neither could happen. Usually a kernel has a kill-switch like that, but I redesigned it so that it simply repeats the process. Either they have to give up or rebuild from scratch. Don't worry. They'll see it as glitch."
And so the dinner finished out with no further incident. After we parted ways with Tims, however, I had an urgent question: "How are we do document this? I didn't think of that."
"Don't worry," Iona said, pulling out her comm tab. "It has been recorded."
Back at the suite, we played the recording, which lasted an hour and seventeen minutes and played Tims' voice loud and clear.
The next morning, we checked out and flew back here to Cabotton.
It is now a matter of presenting this to the Admins and a delegation, most likely, on further action. Iona contacted them on Monday. And we are due to meet with them in two days.

Story Fourteen: Iona Lamb and Karyanna Dwemmer
Part Two: Karyanna Dwemmer
So, after a great deal of discussion, Iona and I have a plan.
Iona, more of a writer-type, will reach out to Mr. Tims with an appealing invitation to a casual dinner, posing as an up-and-coming client. During that dinner, we will share a bit of red wine from Central Layda, which we found he mentioned was his favorite. And during that moment, Iona suspects that he would be rather intoxicated so as not to stop himself from blurting out important information.
I was doubtful at first, laughing at the idea and saying,"I don't think he'll fall for that."
"What do you mean?" Iona said. "Are you under the impression that I think he will, simply because he is a powerful individual? That I presume all powerful individuals won't say no to a little drink?"
"No. I did not mean that. Did I leave an impression that I thought you were under that impression?"
"No. I had to venture, simply because of the way I worded my own idea. It does seem overly simple and scandalous; and I presumed that I would leave that impression. When you laughed, I took that as a sign confirming my speculation...that about how I worded my own idea. In which case, I would have responded that it was not that, but the fact that he appeared to be more of a social individual, and therefore more susceptible to falling for social traps like occasional drunkenness. It comes with the package, you know?"
"I see what you mean now. But in fact, I did not mean that there was concern you were overgeneralizing all individuals in leadership positions. What I meant was that as manipulative as he was in the Pageturner Guild, he seems to have intellect enough that he would pick up our intent too far in advance."
"As intelligent and cunning as he could be, he's still a very social animal. Mingling instincts will always overtake logic early on, even if for a very short amount of time. If we play ourselves right, fawning genuine interests while not letting any hint reach him whatsoever about our association with Library of Circlaria until he is well past the inebriated threshold, then we have a chance."
"I understand your logic now, Iona. But there's no guarantee."
"Nothing's a guarantee, Karyanna. Do you have an idea that you think might be better?"
"No."
"Then we have no choice..."

Story Fourteen: Iona Lamb and Karyanna Dwemmer
Part Two: Karyanna Dwemmer
I looked through the OCEA activity of Robert Tims and found ample evidence hardening my interest.
At present, Robert Tims is serving as a member of Leadership Council with the lightfire company: West Horizon. Just last week, he wrote an article claiming that the dymensional planecrafter industry was undermining the lightfire industry. Apparently, after some falling out between the Retunian Commonwealth and Silba in Ancondria, a great deal many lightfire crafting experts left the industry, starting anew in dymensional planecrafting. There was also a shift in tradestone investments from lightfire to dymensional planes.
In his article, Tims said that this was bad, reasoning that dymensional planecrafting yielded no value. That of course is outrageous beyond words. But then he also said that politics were dysfunctional in planecrafter organizations like the Pagewriter and Pageturner Guilds. While that may hold some water, it did not justify his call to action: to have the Commonwealth government implement a middle-school-through-high-school curriculum emphasizing to students to value lightfire over dymensional planecrafting.
It was, of course, his mention of the Pageturner Guild that had my attention; and from that I drew a major hint, if not outright confirmation, that this was the same Robert Tims mentioned by Rebecca Mackwell.
We just have to confirm though. I am not sure how we will go about doing that.

Part Two: Karyanna Dwemmer
I anticipated that Rebecca Mackwell would not agree to have dinner with us for at least a few months, owing to her busy schedule. But alas, if she is the one who set the kernel in the first place, she is the only one who can remove it without us all having to rebuild the entire dymensional plane. So we had a bit of an obvious conflict.
Iona, though, was very clever about this, for she had us pull Rebecca to the side and inform her of an "apparent rumor started by an anonymous source" that she was a Pageturner Guild insider.
"Whoever it was that told you must have known me from Northmoor," Rebecca told us, to our surprise. "Yes. I was a member of the Pageturner Guild. But just because I am a former member does not automatically mean I am an insider."
And so she explained. She spent two years in the Pageturner Guild, even becoming a prominent member, before joining the Third Level Society. There was, however, a rival within the ranks named Robert Tims, who accused her of attempting to sabotage the organization. This came after she won a rank promotion over him. Despite the obvious jealously and obvious evidence that he tried to set her up, the majority of the Guild ended up believing Tims. Mackwell was able to save her standing, being demoted rather than having her membership terminated. Regardless, she left the Guild and joined the Third Level Society.
"I had nothing to do with the kernel incident," Rebecca told us. "I'm glad that you at least understand. There must be someone in the organization wishing for our undoing. I will initiate an investigation on this if you bring more evidence. But whatever the cause, do not submit to a search of your account without an actual court warrant, especially if there is a false accusation going around. I certainly won't."
Iona was suspicious of Rebecca over that last statement. But I had to disagree.
"Let's rule out Robert Tims first," I said. "Then we can focus on Mackwell."
Iona was reluctant to agree with me, understandably of course. Nevertheless, she agreed.

Part Two: Karyanna Dwemmer
One month from today will be the public ceremonies for Library of Circlaria.
Rebecca Mackwell, despite both her omnipresence in the real-world as well as on the OCEA platforms, displayed virtually no indicators or clues as to any sort of involvement in anything deemed suspicious. We have resolved to invite her to a private dinner tomorrow, where we will softly ease into probing questions; not in the form of interrogation but through casual conversation.
There was one thing I did notice, however. Initially, I combed through her OCEA account and discovered that it went back only two years. So I decided to do a hard query by simply typing her name in the OCEA Search Console. I made sure that I was not narrowing down any text types. And sure enough, there emerged a mention of her name with Robert Tims, a prominent member of the Pageturner Guild.
The ceremonies and presentations are one month from today. And we just found out that the Third Level Society Dungeonmaster is an insider from the Pageturner Guild.

I pulled the device identification information from the unknown hacker from one month ago, and traced everything to a console located at the residence of Rebecca Mackwell.
We were both very shocked but Iona most of all. Though she did not know Rebecca, she did know a relative of Rebecca's.
Now, we are figuring out how to address this with leadership. We are at a complete loss.

Third Level Society: First Version
Story Fourteen: Iona Lamb and Karyanna Dwemmer
Part Two: Karyanna Dwemmer
I am very excited for the upcoming events next month. On February 20, all the Peter Quora Chapter Leaders, Third Level Society leadership, and five Administrators are going to convene in the Great Hall of Cabotton University and carry out formalities to establish one organization: Library of Circlaria.
I remember when the Williard Kent Initiative was very small, run by only four Admins: Williard Kent, Meona Bell, Cray Fenton, and Jax Lyons. Two years ago, a fifth Admin came on, with consent of the other four. That fifth Admin was none other than the incumbent Third Level Society Dungeonmaster: Rebecca Mackwell.
As of today, all are on board to pursue one agenda for this new organization: to create a dymensional plane of the entire Circlarian Realm capable of allowing avatars to visit any point in the timeline of history. Though we have mostly Remikra and Canticula completed already, we will be covering all the other Circlarian Realm regions over the coming years.
I will mention that the Arturian Realm still exists separate from the aforementioned; the Third Level Society exists. It is a matter of the Third Level Society being a member-organization of the Library.
There is, however, an issue of paramount importance that we need to resolve. Initially, we had done a good job with casting a replica of the Neurovirus, the one originating in the Chokian Mountains in the 1280s and bringing the Retunian Commonwealth to its knees twenty years ago. However, there appeared to be some sort of glitch in the algorithm that made the pathogen, in the dymensional plane, much more contagious. This keeps throwing off our historical trajectory, which we wish to keep as parallel as possible with real-world history. Unlike the real-world, the disease would spread more quickly, wiping out the member-states of the United Three and providing an opportunity for the Lykians to carry out a sweeping invasion. Then the disease would spread all throughout Southern Canticula, up into the West Peninsula, across to Remikra, and then eventually all throughout the entire Circlarian Realm and Ancondria.
The issue was discovered last week, when instead of the Lykian War playing out, we discovered that Canticula was largely dead. Leadership discussed this for awhile, with the approaching February 20 deadline, and could not find a resolution. So they reached out to their smartest infiltrator, Iona Lamb, who, by the way, happens to be my partner.
Iona's avatar kept getting killed, overcome by the plague. However, she discovered that the underlying cause was a kernel placed by a supposed sixth Administrator...whoever that was.
Iona was basically doing the same thing I am doing now; she just simply needed a second pair of eyes.
The sixth Administrator had their identity covered very well. No device identification, even. Iona and I were up late into the night looking for more information. We played and replayed the occurrence of events, as well as poured over the algorithm entry records, but very soon discovered that the infiltrator was clever enough to nullify the timestamp for when the kernel was planted.
I stepped out at one point and took a little break. Now, mind you, I like to take breaks by glossing over random records. And it was in that way that I found what we were looking for. I was gazing at the record of all avatars engaging and disengaging, just to see how far back the history went on our dymensional plane. And I discovered that some unknown person signed into our dymensional plane as a "temporary administrator" about a month ago.
Iona and I turned this report into leadership. Obviously, we are going to be doing some more digging tomorrow.
The official ceremony for Library of Circlaria is in one month and two days. I hope we can get this resolved in time.

Part One: Iona Lamb
I graduated from Cabotton University in 1340 with a degree in Dymensional Planecrafting. Afterward, I earned a graduate degree in Technological Engineering from the University of Ereautea in 1342.
And I feel a bit proud to say that my education came into play with my next trip to the Circlarian Dymensional Plane last night, for I found something important: the kernel in Leger was set in by some individual posing as a Sixth Administrator.
There are only five Administrators in our organization.
Now, as to who the culprit was...I am not sure. What I am sure of, though, is that said culprit was clever enough to hide most of the kernel's conventional identifying factors. I am not saying that it will be impossible for me to find out. But I will have to do some digging.
Four years ago, I joined the Williard Kent Initiative, contributing to their agenda to recover and re-unite the Peter Quora Chapters. I was assigned to Jax Lyons in the beginning and have been with them since.
The Williard Kent Initiative made history, recently, by deciding to rename themselves Library of Circlaria. The public ceremony for this occurrence will supposedly take place next month some time.

Part One: Iona Lamb
My avatar died again tonight, and very much in the same fashion. However, I found something important.
The origin of the plague was a man named Leger, supposedly the name of the person in the real world who first exhibited symptoms. My job was to find in this avatar the "seed" causing the disease, and adjust the "factors of contagion" to rid the "undead contagion element." However, I quickly discovered that I was unable to do so, for there was no "seed" but a "kernel."
"Kernels," by the way, are immutable; their attributes cannot be changed.
I reported the kernel issue to Jax, who was in complete denial at first, thinking that my notes were based off a complete mis-observation on my part. I had this happen once before, though, during my brief membership in the Third Level Society. So I was clever enough to copy the algorithm and send it to my account notebook.
"But..." Jax said. "That's impossible. Who in the world would be able to actually plant a kernel!? I know none of my colleagues would do it. And it's impossible to join as an Administrator without unanimous consent."
"There are ways around that, most likely," I said.
"So you've insisted for awhile. In that case, now's your opportunity to prove it. Go back there and find out who did this, if you can."
"It will be a lot of trial and error. But I'll see what I can do."

Third Level Society: First Version
Story Fourteen: Iona Lamb and Karyanna Dwemmer
Part One: Iona Lamb
Tonight's assignment almost felt like a quest, like one from the Third Level Society in the Arturian Realm.
And that's not right, because the dymensional plane I went into tonight is most definitely not the Arturian Realm. It's an exact replica of the Circlarian Realm, our real world...or as exact of a replica as we are trying to make it. Regardless, for it to be like the Arturian Realm means something is very wrong.
And why am I saying this?
Well...it's all about that assignment I was given to go check the Benjamin Arnold Syndrome outbreak in the Chokian Mountains in the year 1281. Thankfully, that plague is eradicated in the real world. But in the Circlarian Realm dymensional plane, there appears to be an issue with that, where the plague overcomes and destroys the Realm by the late 1280s. Obviously, that is a major discrepancy.
My avatar, an exact replica of myself, was placed in the Southern portion of Rellihan, within the Chokian Mountain Range. My assignment was to venture to the village where the outbreak originated. Though my avatar was just an observer, I had them armed with a talisman equipped with a decent level of shield and stun spell capabilities. I had a feeling that I would need that despite insistence from Jax that I was good enough with concealment as an observer. After my persistent and increasingly urgent requests, however, they finally gave me what I felt I needed.
When I, as my avatar, ventured into the plagued village, I immediately noticed that the dead were moving about. They spotted me and began running in my direction. So I put on Concealment. Despite this, one of the deceased sprung out of the bushes to my side, clearly aware that I was there.
I ran the other way. But they chased me; and their pace was wildly faster than mine. I shot a flurry of discharges, which struck them in ways that should have incapacitated them. But they were creatures of a different sort. Nothing appeared to phase them. I put up a Shield Spell as long as I could, but they broke through and tore my avatar apart.
It is not impossible to respawn your avatar in the Library of Circlaria dymensional plane. But it is certainly more difficult than in the Third Level Society. I told Jax what happened, to which they told me that the Bookkeeper would have to make a copy of my avatar with the latest algorithmic records removed. The process will not be finished till tomorrow morning.
For the record, I immersed as my avatar starting around 5:30 PM. The whole ordeal lasted thirty-seven minutes. I was hoping to go till 9:00 PM.

The Drakes of Ancondria: Overview
Basic Description
Native only to the Great Ancondrian River Basin, drakes are winged reptiles of various sizes ranging from that of ponies to that of horses. Aside from the wings, drakes also have snouts, tails, and pointy ears. Contrary to popular belief, drakes are mostly herbivores; although some of the mountain-dwelling species can be omnivores due to lack of vegetation in the area. Drakes nest in caves, or other kinds of enclosures, in high places such as mountains or tall trees. They reproduce through laying eggs. And drakes, in the wild, spend most of their lives flying around to gather food or find mates.
The Three Main Types
There exist large numbers of drake species; however the three most prevalent are Brown Drakes, Black Drakes, and Silver Drakes.
Brown Drakes are native to the Northern half of the Great Ancondrian River Basin, primarily in the Ancondrian nations of Doriem, Tersai, Omai, Mearlys, Areystyn, Toman, Lorens, Qorodae, and Mareyn. They live for an average lifespan of 320 and 410 years. Brown Drakes are 5 feet in length, have a wingspan of 15 feet, and weigh an average of 200 pounds. Their primary domestication roles have included the driving of farm plows, the herding of sheep and cattle, and the defense of properties.
Black Drakes are native to the Southern half of the Great Ancondrian River Basin, primarily in the Ancondrian nations of Fynros, Qorynth, Kaiott, Qorodae, Mareyn, Omyn, Ordayn, Macon, and Tessyn. They live for an average lifespan of 210 to 260 years. Black Drakes are 8 feet in length, have a wingspan of 23 feet, and weigh an average of 320 pounds. Their primary domestication roles have included the carrying of riders, the defense of properties, and engagement on battlefronts.
Living as the least numerous of the three types, Silver Drakes are native to the lands lining the Great Antarctic Plateau, primarily in the Ancondrian nations of Fynros, Ordayn, Marcon, Tessyn, and Esseco. They live for an average lifespan of 130 to 160 years. Silver Drakes are 16 feet in length, have wingspan of 45 feet, and weigh an average of 640 pounds. Their primary domestication roles have included the carrying of riders, the defense of properties, engagement in battlefronts, and land surveillance.
History of Domestication
To note, in the distant past, drakes lived alongside cousin species: lothars, which were larger in size and bore more powerful capabilities. For example, lothars had in their throats special glands capable of producing methane, and used such methane breaths, naturally, to stun prey and threats via oxygen deprivation. Native Ancondrians, during the times of the ancient Great State of Edom, would train lothars to blow their methane breaths through special torches, thus converting them into breaths of fire. Such practices were common during times of war and conflict. Writings and lore of this were passed down through the generations, over thousands of years, onto Ancondrians and Circlarians alike.
Throughout the distant past, Native Ancondrians domesticated drakes both for civilian and wartime purposes. Beginning in the 1260s was the partitioning of Ancondrian land by House Maderon, West Horizon Incorporated, and powerful Circlarian nations. West Horizon dominated this role, especially in the Great Ancondrian River Basin, by facilitating the establishment of numerous modern Ancondrian States with official borders. By design and intent, such borders were drawn to pit rival Ancondrian communities against one another and brew conflict, thus creating less legal obstacles for West Horizon to obtain mineral resources from the region.
Between the 1260s and 1310s, West Horizon left each Ancondrian State to decide on whether or not to ban the domestication of drakes; although they intensely lobbied governments in the Northern half of the Great River Basin to pass such bans. They also helped to establish the "Union of Ancondrian Nations," or the Ancondrian Union. In 1310, Clara Needham, became the elected CEO of West Horizon, and called upon the Ancondrian Union to vote for an international ban on drake domestication. The measure succeeded and, in 1311, the Ancondrian Union mandated all of its member states to ban drake domestication and release all domesticated drakes into the wild. However, in October 1313, Ancondrian nations in the Southern half of the River Basin, decrying the ban as a violation of tradition, broke away from the Ancondrian Union and formed the Ancondrian Nation Collective, or ANC. The Ancondrian Union declared this a violation of constitutional protocol as well as a violation of animal rights, and, on November 15, 1313, deployed military forces from its member nations to topple ANC governments; thus began the Great Ancondrian War.
The War ensued for decades as a relentless gridlock while ANC-member nations used drakes for wartime engagement. However, West Horizon, doing business with both sides of the conflict, began slowly introducing aircraft, rendering the use of drakes obsolete. This caused the War to shift from a North-versus-South conflict over drake domestication to an East-versus-West conflict over religion. It was not until 1383, when the newly-established nation of the United Confederation of Ancondria brokered a peace agreement with all of the involved nations, thus restoring the membership of all Ancondrian nations with Ancondrian Union, that the Great Ancondrian War was ended.
Resolutions from the 1383 peace talks included an Ancondrian-Union-wide ban on the wartime domestication of drakes. Each Ancondrian State, though, was allowed to determine its own laws and regulations on civil domestication. Numerous Ancondrian States have since altered back and forth on the issue. The silver lining, however, is that such controversies have since been resolved in debate chambers rather than on battlefields.
