I like old Strade

YKMET Strade is certainly handsome, but I think I still prefer OG Strade as he has a much creepier look to him.

Strade 2.0 has a clear look that he's been trying to cultivate. He looks sloppy, but like intentionally so, with his open button-up shirt and slicked back hair. He looks more like he's about to give me a big, friendly bear hug.

Classic Strade, however, looked genuinely uncanny. It's as if he tried to put himself together but couldn't be bothered to put all the effort in. Like he got done tucking in his shirt, got a murder boner, went 'fuck it' and sauntered off to the bar to get some killing done. It makes him seem that much scarier as his force of personality and charisma were so strong, he could offset the bags under his eyes, the greasy unkempt hair, and him smelling like machine oil (like another anon pointed out). -☢️

I experimented with my style. The first attempt of mine was in April, I drew Strade and myself but Strade was too ugly there ugh. I like my previous style more but will draw like this sometimes.

Headcanon: Strade would go thorough your stuff.

While you would still be unconscious in the basement, he would rummage through your belongings and get rid of anything you've got in your pockets(especially your phone). If you brought a sketchbook or a journal with you, he would look through each page and maybe even question you when you wake up if he going something interesting or just say smth like 'I really like your drawings!' n yeah

WARNING: bad English :/

I think I have to apologise for sudden deleting all my posts (I'm definitely in time lol....). I felt a bit depressed back then, my drawings seemed ugly to me and they still do. I see a lot of BTD arts here and am jealous. Like "Wow, they draw so nice! Why can't I draw the same even though I've drawn for a long time?". I'm disgusted with myself because of this. My Strade looks like...hah Idk. He doesn't look like a sadistic adult

I've drawn him again recently and I kinda like this art but it's still not enough

And it was hard to draw him like this. I don't know how to draw his hair😭😭 As if it's the only problem of my arts, haha

I'm not sure if I'd post anything here. I've passed my uni exams so now I have more time to draw. I'll try to post arts if you're interested. But I can't promise I'll be very active!
