Los Gatos, CA
Los Gatos, CA, is one of the interesting places to live because of several reasons. One of these reasons is the quality of education. Most of the public and private schools are known for continuously providing the best. My son studies in one of the private elementary schools in Los Gatos, the Los Gatos Christian School, and I’m delighted to monitor his progress. He learns quickly, and he progressed so much compared last year. It’s been a year since we moved here in Los Gatos, so I had to transfer my son. But I’m pleased that the decision was the best. He is now doing well, and I love that he has learned a lot more than expected for a year.
One of the things I like about Los Gatos Christian School is its care for all the students before and after school. This is care beyond traditional school day hours. At LGCS, one of the Los Gatos schools, the middle school students have the opportunity to enjoy home sports games with supervised care. The students have access to the playground, picnic area, supervised homework rooms, and Ranch House Den. The morning care schedule on Monday starts at 7:30 to 8:00 while on Tuesday and Wednesday, it begins from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. During the afternoon at regular school day, the schedule is from 3:00 to 6:00, but for early dismissal day, the hours are 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Silicon Valley Nonprofits Face Uncertain Future As Deficits Loom
SANTA CLARA COUNTY, CA — Federal, state and local Silicon Valley leaders spoke about the pressures nonprofits are facing in a town hall Tuesday, May 19. Like everyone, nonprofits are hurting during the coronavirus pandemic, but local leaders are trying to find ways keep those organizations alive until the economy starts to rebound. Nonprofits offer some of the most critical services in communities, often on the front lines of helping homeless, hungry and mentally ill residents. Read more here.
I read from patch.com that Silicon Valley nonprofit face uncertain future as deficits loom. The local leaders are now trying to find ways to help Silicon Valley nonprofits struggle amid the coronavirus pandemic. The federal state and the local Silicon Valley leaders spoke about the pressure that the nonprofits are facing. So like all businesses and everybody else, nonprofits are hurting during this pandemic. The good thing is that the leaders try to find ways to keep these organizations alive until the economy starts to become okay again. Nonprofit organizations offer essential services to the communities and often on the frontlines to help the homeless, the mentally ill people, and those in hunger. I hope that these organizations would receive some help.
Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad in Los Gatos, CA
The Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad in Los Gatos, CA, is operated by Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad Inc. It’s a non-profit organization founded in 1968. The railroad and the Mason carousel is a legacy of Billy Jones and a great way of preserving the history. This is a place to enjoy some carousel rides. It features an excellent experience ride for both children and adults. You’ll go round and round on a carousel that is 106 years old in this fun place. Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad is ideal for everyone who wants to have fun. Most especially, kids they like riding on trains.
As a private Christian school, Los Gatos Christian School or LGCS has been preparing students for life for several decades now since it was founded in 1977. The school offers preschool, elementary, and middle school. The Christian pre-school program meets the needs of a growing family with options that facilitate the children’s development from the age of 2.9 to 5. The elementary develops academic achievement, communication, community distributor, and Christian character. I like how these are arranged and integrated to bring out the best from the students. The middle school academic educates the children with a biblical worldview in all subjects, which are very important in life. Similar to middle school, the focus is on the four developments I mentioned. LGCS is one of the best schools, and it’s best for your kids. You may contact the school office at 408 997 4681 for any inquiry.
