But now picture this: him and Eddie adopting the kids nobody wants and given them the chance.

Could have been a nice way to bring the found family trope once again into the show

thinking about how making steddie a thing in vol 1 & 2 would have made everything so much better. steve’s character arc/development would be so cool and offer something new to his character, him and nancy could be good friends instead and that would be so nice and a breath of fresh air when it comes to them and also we wouldn’t get all the awkward scenes. and overall everything that’s happened in vol2 would’ve been wayyy more impactful too if they were canon

Season 5 Theory:

I believe is going to be revealed that Will has to die for the upside to be close for good OR to finally kill Vecna.

They mentioned hive mind alot this season for nothing except that could be to remind us that Will is still conected to the upside down so basically if they hurt it Will will feel it to.

Ence he dying in a sacrifying way and we get a 'Stand by me' ending with Mike watching his kids play with their friends, El is by his side and she suddenly calls one of the kids misbehaving Will Wheeler.

The end.

Note: At this point everything is posible with the Duffers honestly but if something I learned this season is that they are predictable, you can see it miles away.

Byler fanfic writters if you ever in the mood again...coud you guys take a suggestion?

After the shit show I need a fic where Mike works to get Will. Because is always Will loves Mike, mike barely apologies or confess and everything is ok. Mike gets Will like if he never said awful things or act like an asshole.

I want a fic with Will being in love with Mike but not giving in at first. Will not being sure about Mike and his feelings, or mike as a boyfriend because the only point of reference is his relationship with El and he sucked at it.

Or at least one fic that gets us to see how Mike builds that relationship again with Will to the point they are truly best friends again and it feels earned (by mike because Will already deserves all the love in the world)

If that fic already exist please let me know

My biggest issue with the Duffers brothers is that those mf do know how to write meaningful relationships and interactions.

Max and Lucas. Their relationship feels real, their interactions honest and full of love even without full and exagereted declarations.

But why the hell they cant do it for Mike and El? Their freaking main characters....why? What is the reason the characters (specially Mike) are write like that? There is no reason for Mike to act like he does with Will if he isnt aware of Will's feeling and make Mike an homophobic asshole that prefers to throw years and years of friendship for his prejudice.

They ruined Mike as a character and for what? And dont let me start on Will. Im almost wishing they kill him back in season 2. I prefered it instead of what we got, just suffering and nothing else to do. They made him a punching bag.
