the labyrinth (1986)

one movie i feel every should watch AT THE VERY LEAST once in their lives. it perfectly encapsulates the (dark) fantasy genre of film prevalent during the 80s. from the characters to the whole concept, it is a very interesting watch. the whole feel of the film is immensely mystical and beautiful. i feel like it also combines both psychological aspects with vv catchy songs creating a pleasing contrast in my opinion. please watch if u haven’t !

i definitely do not hate it, 1000% not as much as others, the inclusivity is a huge positive, though, a lot of people seem to DESPISE it, like okay ??? not every doll will have the same body type, all be straight cis people.etc. just like the real world, it keeps it realistic, whilst still having that supernatural feel. the fashion of the new dolls is not my favourite, and lacks compared to G1 but i still think they r so cute !!! draculaura and cleo’s redesigns out of the main ghouls are defo my personal favs :3

skyward sword is the most perfect game to exist IN MY OPINION, like the music, the story, the dungeons, the characters JUST EVERYTHING is so special to me and memorable. a lot of the hate towards the game stems from the motion controls of the wii but when u look past that factor it’s a MASTERPIECE
