Lift Tip By Store
Target: This place is seriously so easy. For beginner lifters, know that BARCODES DO NOT TRIGGER THE ALARMS. Expensive perfumes rarely have RFIDs or soft tags. Cosmetics- Just slip stuff into your bag, it’s that easy. Food- Get a basket, fill it up, go to the front, grab a reusable bag, pretend like you forgot something, conceal in seasonal, and then meander out. Furniture- Who the fuck do you are? Clothes- Just slip into bag. BARCODES DO NOT SET OFF ALARMS JESUS Electronics- Target don’t fuck around with electronics. Just keep lifting and returning stuff to build store credit or something.
Walmart: Actually I think everyone working there must be literally retarded. Electronics- Just conceal. When you’re trying to leave, wait till someone with a packed cart (and with kids if you’re lucky) tries to leave. Walk out with them, and when the alarm goes off, give the family an accusing look and keep walking. Cosmetics- Take and conceal in Pet Supplies. Food- Same as target. Clothes- I’ve never taken Walmart clothes ew.
Macy’s: Little trickier. Bring wire cutters, a huge bag, and accomplices if you can. Handbags- Most are untagged, but Michael Kors and other really high end bags are tagged. Cut the wires. They won’t beep. High End Cosmetics- Politely evade the annoying sa and cleverly conceal as you go. Clothes- They tag everything, bring a hook. Shoes- Check thoroughly for tags. Clarisonic- Wait and conceal. They never beep.
Claire’s and Icings: Are you 9? Just avoid mirrors and go cray.
Sears: Clothes- Never tagged. Conceal in baby. Jewelry- conceal in baby. Appliances- little ones are easy, just conceal.
PacSun: If you have a hook, this store is so easy.
AEO: Most things aren’t tagged. Bring a hook just in case.
Spencer’s: Stick the dildo up your ass
Hot Topic: Bring a hook. Not that it matters, the sa are just as bored and misunderstood as you are
Payless: Take one shoe from a box, get the match from a different box. Conceal.
Ross: Beauty- conceal as you go Clothes- Bring a hook Shoes- you need a hook

The scariest part of lifting is how easy everything is once you do it the first time. The fear just disappears. I mean, there’s still the normal lifting nervousness, but you’re not scared to do it anymore, you’re excited. Like for instance, my lifting buddy and I went months too scared to lift bigger things like bags bc we couldn’t put them in our purses. Now? In around 2 months give or take we’ve lifted 16 purses (6 of which are high end) and 3 backpacks (2 are high end). All of the high end bags have been lifted in the past month alone. I used to be too terrified to snag one and now it’s just so easy that I have no problem leaving the store with a Michael Kors purse. It’s scary tbh bc you sort of forget that what you’re doing is illegal and being caught stealing a $400 purse will definitely send your ass to jail. My entire life could change in an instant if I’m caught doing this. You can’t let yourself forget these things just bc it seems so easy. You never know who’s on to you and just waiting to catch you.

I don’t collect stamps.
*Okay.* I’ve had quite a few people ask me about my methods for hiding tags. I don’t hide tags. I take them with me.
Pictured above are fewer than a quarter of the tags we’ve collected over the course of a couple months since we’ve gotten our magnet in the mail. We’ve gotten RFIDS, a slew of super tags we disposed of (they’re very large and not practical to keep), ink tags, golf tags, pencil tags, you name it. I didn’t beep taking ANY of these tags with me. Not once!
I’ve easily carried ten plus tags into a store and not made a sound. Dozens of times. Left with a concealed tag a hundred times without beeping.
What I’ve done is layered a Ziploc container in THREE layers of foil, individually taping each one. Make sure the top has the same amount of foil too! Nothing should be left uncovered! This will counteract the tag detection of the towers.
Everything I’ve read online has suggested using more foil, some people even say to use ten to twenty layers. Seriously? We’ve used three. I haven’t beeped at American Eagle, Express, Abercrombie, Aritzia, Garage, Cleo’s, Ann Taylor, Urban Outfitters, J Crew, Adidas (walking in with a bunch of tags), Payless, just to name a very short few off the top of my head.
You can use any container you’d like! Make it non-suspicious! We haven’t gotten around to making a better one yet. Put the foil on the inside! Make it invisible!
I detag in the dressing room, and place tags in the container. This stops the beeping, I can abandon the container if need be, it’s less likely to be noticed by employees and doesn’t make any crinklimg sounds at all! If you’re taking tags anyway, you have a magnet. So just detag in store. Don’t bother wrapping your whole bag. Waste of time and way more suspicious.
I’m getting really sick of all this double tagging non sense. Stop leaving behind your evidence. You’re already getting a felon charge if you’re carrying a magnet and removing security tags. Don’t pretend you’re a fucking angel because tin foil is somehow any more scary. Get over yourself. Maybe I’m more *illegal* than you (whatever helps you sleep at night) but I won’t be caught because sales associates call the police next time I’m in store after repeated instances of me leaving a dressing room of double tagged items. Miss me with your superiority. It is SO misplaced.

PLACES THAT ARE EASY TO LIFT FROM (IN MY OPINION)
So I’ve gotten a few messages about beginner friendly or just easy to lift from stores, so here’s my list of stores that I find to be easy. Please keep in mind that you should always be cautious and trust your gut, every store location is different with different camera locations and has different employees! You should still scope for cameras and use caution as you would in a harder store. Hope this post helps!
1. Payless Shoe Source. I’ve been to a handful of Payless locations in 2 different cities and have never had an issue getting shoes from here! Only one location out of 4 or 5 that I’ve lifted from used tags, but they can easily be removed with a magnet in a blind spot. I’ve noticed that some stores only have cameras over the register, while some stores have cameras in random aisles (in this case just take the pair you want and conceal in an aisle with no cameras). Be sure to fill the empty box you leave behind with a random shoe from a different pair and walk out with your new shoes!
2. Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, Craft Stores. I hit Michael’s or Hobby Lobby all the time and have never had any sort of issue in these stores. Neither of them use RFID’s or any other sort of tag, but you should still double check packaging just to be sure. Cameras are typically in jewelry/bead aisles, sticker aisles, etc. so avoid concealing in those. Take your items and conceal in a blind spot, usually Michael’s and Hobby Lobby have plenty of aisles with no cameras hovering above. These stores also usually have no chase policies and are generally easy to lift from.
3. Office Depot, Staples, Office Max, any office supply store. I haven’t paid for school supplies in years. The stationery aisles usually have no cameras whatsoever, all of the cameras are usually covering the more expensive items like laptops/electronics, printer ink, etc. The stationery is a free for all! I’ve even lifted headphones from these stores, just take it and conceal in any of the many blind spots. (Office supply stores are easy AF, but you should still check the store for camera locations and watch out for employees/other customers). They also have no chase policies. Enjoy your pens, pencils, sticky notes, notebooks, etc.!
4. Barnes and Noble. (Make sure your store has two stories!!) My game plan for B&N is always the same. The first floor usually has cameras everywhere, but the second floor has plenty of blind spots. This is the only store where backpacks aren’t extremely sus to wear! Dress academic-looking (does that make sense?), I often carry my school bag and have never had an issue! Wander around the first floor, look through books, carry the ones you are interested in, make your way to the second floor, pick up more books, then find a spot to sit on the second floor!!! My B&N has chairs scattered throughout, but if those are occupied I just sit on the floor in between bookshelves and pretend that I’m reading!! My second floor only has cameras above the comic book section. I usually sit in the religious or self help book sections because those aisles have less traffic. I stack my books next to me and keep my backpack on the other side, then decide which books I want and which ones I’ll put back, then flip through every single page of the books I want to lift. B&N often sticks RFID’s on random pages so this step is a must! Act like you’re actually reading if someone comes by, don’t just flip through the pages quickly or that will be sus! When you’re done, unzip your backpack quietly and stick the books in there. Take the pile of books that you don’t want and put them back, look around some more, then walk out.
5. Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, Drugstores. (This is not including Walmart or Target, I’m only talking about single standing stores like the ones listed!) Walgreens usually has cameras above the makeup sections, but cameras are not actively monitored and I believe they have a no chase policy! I used to lift makeup from here when I first started years ago and was a little sloppy but never got caught. The Rite Aids and CVS in my area don’t have cameras above beauty, so it is a makeup buffet! Watch out for RFID stickers as some stores use them to deter shoplifting. They are easily peeled off and most of the alarms don’t work even if you do beep (but peel them off just to be safe).
6. Bath and Body Works. B&BW are even easier on days where they aren’t too busy. I try to avoid holidays or huge sales because the store will be crowded, which means you have to be extremely careful of someone seeing you conceal. Busy days also mean more employees on shift! Bath and Body Works have no cameras so take what you want and conceal behind a display. Be quick when concealing and pretend to be interested in shopping, looking and smelling the items. Don’t stay in the same spot for too long, conceal and go the the next display. The only thing you really have to look out for here is other people, as there are no tags on their items either!
7. Bed Bath and Beyond. Bed Bath and Beyond sells a variety of items, and cameras are usually scattered covering the expensive household items, but leave tons of areas with no camera coverage. Some BBB’s have a beauty section with only one camera covering makeup, which is extremely easy to avoid/find a blind spot! If your BBB doesn’t have beauty/cosmetic aisles, they still have other stuff useful of lifting. I like lifting yankee candles from here, as well as kitchen utensils. Just check for soft tags which can be peeled off! I am also almost positive Bed Bath and Beyond’s have a no chase policy.
8. World Market. Cameras are usually over jewelry and furniture, with a few scattered throughout. It is extremely easy to find blind spots here, either by concealing behind displays or shelves, or finding aisles without cameras. I lift decorative household items, soap/lotion/candles, tasty snack items from around the world, jewelry, and alcohol from here. These stores are pretty relaxed and have blind spots everywhere! Also have a no chase policy.
9. The Body Shop/Lush. These stores are easy to lift from due to their lack of cameras (they literally don’t have any), so you just have to watch out for employees! The Body Shop is usually a very small store so I would recommend having a partner to act as a shield to conceal behind. You don’t have to worry about tags or cameras in either store, so be very cautious of the SA and other customers! Not sure about The Body Shop’s chase policy, but Lush is no chase!
10. Sally’s Beauty Supply. Also no cameras here, but they do have mirrored ceilings and mirrors in corners of the store. I have found that the employees here give zero fucks and I have never seen them even glance at the mirrors to keep an eye on the customers. Think of them as more of a scare tactic, but still be cautious! The stores I’ve been to don’t tag and are very easy to hit as long as you stay cautious of other people/ SA’s. Great place to lift fake lashes, polish, hair care, and hair tools if your bag is big enough to hold them! Best time is right when they open or before closing, as there is usually only one SA and they will be occupied and not paying close attention!
Please use caution at every one of these places and make sure to scope them out before lifting as an extra step of precaution. Stay safe, happy lifting & feel free to message me with any additional information or questions!

lifting from office stores
okay hoes, take a seat because i’m about to rock your lil worlds.
okay, maybe not, but i worked in a big chain store (office depot) for over two years, and let me tell you - it it easy as hell to just fuck the entire store up.
first things first: every store is different. i worked in two different locations in two different cities, and there are major similarities and differences in each. SAME: cams on the ink and some tech. managers care more about ink more than their children. that shit is expensive as hell, and easy to lift depending on the policies in the store. if they are in the security boxes: you are out of luck my friend, unless you can get your hands on the spider or alpha key to unlock them. they are practically indestructible. my coworkers and i would throw them against the walls and they would just bounce. other than tech, cams throughout the store are bound to be few and far between, if there are any at all. seriously, find a blind spot and conceal in your purse, and you can get enough pens to last you until you graduate with your college degree. DIFFERENCES: obviously locations. it depends on the area that you’re in when you go inside, because it determines how you’ll dress and be viewed by the employees. watch your cams. they might not be just in tech. i’ve seen them in back corners and above the hallway to the restrooms before, but those aren’t common where i’m from. just be careful.
things that are easy to lift: pens. markers. sticky notes for days. phone cases that are not in security boxes, just pop those lil shits open and shove them in your pockets. phone chargers. desk accessories. if your bag is big enough, paper and notepads are a breeze. folders are a joke. do you even know how many pencil bags and things of lead for mechanical pencils i have? it’s insane. literally anything in the store that is not tagged or in a box, grab it.
things that are not so easy: i have mentioned before in a post or two the major things i’ve been able to lift.
Printers: easy as pie. literally just grab the thing, box and all, and walk out. these are not tagged. they are easy to boost. they are light, depending on the model you grab. let me tell you how it is the easiest thing you’ll ever do: you ever see those SAs with the mobile phone lookin’ things? those things are a dream. we use them to check inventory in our store, other stores, but the most important thing is that we use them to check customers out in other places in the store other than the registers. This is key. You need to make sure that one of the associates that you talked with has one of these, or you see them, otherwise this approach will not work. If the store associates don’t carry them, the second phase of this “whole lift and carry out” plan will not work. When you grab the printer, you can either put it in a cart and walk around for a bit or walk right on out if there’s nothing else you have to grab. If you are stopped, which is more than likely, shoot them a sincere, nice, genuine smile and tell them this: “Oh, (insert associate’s name here) checked me out already on that phone thing.” These are basically the magic words. We are lazy fuckers. We do not care about double-checking. The son of a bitch behind the counter will wave you out and say have a nice day. Honestly, this method is best used if you’re super confident and have been doing this for a while. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TRYING THIS IF YOU ARE NEW TO LIFTING. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT THIS TO GO OVER SMOOTHLY. Like I said before, every store is different. If you have a bad feeling, do not go through with it. This method works best in a crowded store, or during a rush for back to school. BACK TO SCHOOL IS ONE OF THE MOST STRESSFUL TIMES OF THE YEAR FOR US. IT IS STRAIGHT BLACK FRIDAY FOR THREE MONTHS. I HATED IT. IT STARTS IN JULY AND GOES THROUGH SEPTEMBER. But use that to your advantage. I haven’t paid for my school supplies in years. YEARS.
Desk Chairs: tbh, you can use the printer walk out method with these as well. just bring a cart back to the furniture pad with you, pick out a chair, and walk out with the same line.
Laptop: Okay, this is priceless. A lot of my friends asked me how I got it, but honestly it only works if you have a really, really good friend in the store. My coworker was really into lifting, and we talked about way to get a computer for each of us because our old ones were dying. Computers are held in the back of the store in a cage that is locked and only the managers have the keys. Not the tech guys you see walking around the floor, but the manager on duty. They are the most precious thing that the store has to protect, which is why only select people have access to them. We were a close knit family, my friend, my manager and I. My manager would leave us to close the doors when we closed, and lock everything up, since they were usually counting the money and didn’t want to be distracted. So we used that to our advantage. One night, I came in 5 minutes to close, my manager was already in the back counting the cash, and my friend was working the floor alone. It was a rare and beautiful thing. My friend borrowed the keys to “lock the side doors” and he ran to the cage in the back, unlocked it, grabbed the laptop I wanted, handed it off to me, walked me to the front, and locked the doors behind me. I was home free. It was honestly the biggest thrill of my life, but it’s helped me though homework and classes this semester, and I am so thankful. Now I have a 17″ beauty to blog on and it’s amazing.
INK IS ALWAYS TAGGED IN THE BOXES. THEY ADHERE TO THE SIDE OF THE INSIDE OF THE BOXES, AND WILL SET OFF THE ALARM. IF IT ISN’T IN A BOX, IT’S STILL TAGGED. These are usually off-brand or cheaper brands of inks, like Canon, and Epson. HP is always tagged and in a secure box, so those are lil bitches. For the cheaper ones, you can slip it into your purse, and walk out with a crowd or after a small purchase, and keep walking if/when it beeps.
LIKE I HAVE SAID BEFORE. THERE IS A MINUSCULE CHANCE YOU WILL BE CHASED. LIKE, SO SMALL YOU CAN’T EVEN SEE IT. CASHIERS ARE LAZY FUCKS, I KNOW BECAUSE I WAS ONE. IF YOU BEEP, KEEP WALKING OR LOOK CONFUSED AND GET WAVED OUT BY THE WORKERS.
HAPPY LIFTING BABES, AND IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, FEEL FREE TO ASK ON TIPS AND POLICIES FOR RETURNS AND SUCH. I am here at your disposal, use me how you like. Literally ask me anything.

How to check if shit is tagged like the sneaky motherfucker you are
I’M NOT TALKiNG OPENING BOXES I’M NOT TALKING EVEN LOOKING AT BOXES
YOU HAVE 2 WAYS OF DOING THIS
With a partner : you’re gonna have your buddy go “oh shit left something in the car brb” or “oh shit I’m gonna go look at that store” and have them start to walk out the store with nothing in hand. Once they get past the gate, you (with the item(s) you plan to lift) are going to run over, past the gate and yell “wait! I found the keys come back” or something. If you beep, you have tags to look for, if you dont, you’re in the clear. If you beep just turn around and go “oh gosh I’m so sorry I was just trying to get my friends attention lmao” they’ll let you do your thing.
without a partner: fake a phone call. Act like it’s your mom or some shit. Walk kinda to the alarm and poke your head out while pretending to look for someone outside. Don’t go all the way past the alarm gate. Just enough so you can look like you’re looking for someone. “No I don’t see you/your car. Can you just come inside I’ll meet you by the shoes section” and go back in the store. If you beeped, you have tags, if you didn’t, you’re clear. Tell the employee you didn’t mean to set off the towers you’re just looking for your friend.

A tip from an ex-magician to my lifting babies ♡
That has got to be the most ridiculous title for myself. Anyway. GOOGLE MAGIC TRICKS. LEARN SLEIGHT OF HAND THROUGH MAGIC TUTORIALS.
Guys I was OBSESSED with magic as a kid and I practiced it until I was a junior in high school. You know how easily I took to lifting? Ridiculously. I’ve fucking concealed with employees staring me in the eye during my first ever haul. They can’t tell shit. And they had no idea. There’s tricks you can learn that are INVALUABLE. Of course don’t go running up to lp and concealing in front of them right away. I’ve been playing with sleight of hand and illusions for years. You’d be amazed how much better you can get at lifting if you learn tricks similar to it.
Penny behind the ear? Oh no. I pulled a fucking nAKED PALLETTE OUT OF YOUR DAMN ASS HOW’S THAT FOR A TRICK.
Now go learn from the pros my precious babies ilysm ❤❤❤❤

Nice Little Lift Tip:)
So like there’s tons of yt clips of CCTV catching people.. All of them show people lifting and looking VERY OBVIOUS.
They show body language of exactly what NOT to do like:
- TOUCHING YOUR FACE
- Rapid movements
- Noticeably bobbing your head up, looking around for SA/LP
- Immediately going to a specific item
- Looking at the item while concealing it
- Speedwalking out immediately after concealing the item
- Eyecontact with the cameras
That’s all I’ve gathered from binge watching haha I’m very new but I hope these help at least some other people new to liftblr?? Bless

here’s another SUPER HELPFUL TIP- go on youtube and type in “theft (or shopłïftįńg) at (store you are going to) in (county or city you live in).” using this i found TWO videos with actual security footage of people łïftįńg at my local ulta. now you can see and take note of what made the said łïftèrś suspicious. also occasionally, you can get a feel of the protocol that is used for people who are caught . for instance in the video i saw, the greeter at the door DID NOT stop them though they had clear camera evidence of the women concealing. third of all, if the video you see is real security footage (usually its posted in hopes of finding someone who recognizes the thieves) you will be able to see through the cameras, and now you’ll know where the blind spots are and where you won’t be seen if you conceal. this is another tip that nobody talks about but it helps SO much. by looking through another pair of eyes you can notice body language and figure out what made them so suspicious.
