after a lifetime of hearing about aragorn but not reading the books or watching the movies, genuinely nothing could have prepared me for his actual introduction. the hobbits picked this man out of a dumpster. he is a textbook softspoken angst prince and he is covered in dirt and he probably smells so bad. he’s the coolest man alive and is so casual about it. his number one skill is Knowing Where They Are and his number two skill is Having A Horrible Destiny That Torments Him. tolkien got it in one i’m afraid aragorn son of arathorn you are the guy of all time

things that AREN'T appropriate during pride month: - recruiting the leaders of several terrorist organizations from alternate timelines where they've killed millions of people and harnessing the power of their various legendary pokémon to conquer all of reality

HAPPY PRIDE MONTH

thought of this joke a few weeks ago on my fmab rewatch and just about died laughing

about a month ago I started replaying all Zelda games in chronological order and ever since then I've been toying with the idea of drawing all/most of the incarnations in some cohesive manner.

I've now finally settled on these Mucha-inspired diptychs, starting of course with the game that started it all!

And here is the next diptych in my little series!

A link to the past is an incredible game and I especially love the atmospheric beginning but if I had to choose a favorite 2D Zelda game it would definitely be Link's Awakenig.

I kept going back and forth on if I wanted to draw the master sword as it appears in the respective games or if I wanted to do one cohesive design for all of them. I finally settled on the latter as I think it makes for more interesting visual storytelling - where you see at first glance that they all wield the very same sword.

But idk both would have been cool I think.

So I was playing Miitopia with Linked Universe characters and the funniest things happened. So in the first picture Fable gave Legend a pink toy bunny and he wasn't thrilled about it. Then Legend gave Sky a harp and he was happy. I just thought it was the funniest thing ever. What are the odds that it even happened lol.
