Another unsure hesitation as Claire looked through the lens upon the subject. While listening to the other’s words, she once again readjusted the focus with a small twist of the long lens. By the woman’s instructions, she lowered herself slightly to see what the other meant. Hesitation once more, Claire finally pressed down and watched the shutter close with the familiar sound. She rose back up as the freshly taken picture appeared on a screen to the side. 

“It does seem more elegant.... almost regal?”

She looked to the other for guidance and suggestions on how she might be able to further edit the picture to keep the softness of the light.

      HEELS CLICKED with each slow step, moving her way carefully about the girl taking the photograph.  Painted lips were curled into a delicate smile, Chris’ attention entirely upon the artist and her subject.  Coming to a stop after a few well timed steps, she gave one last ASSESSMENT of the situation before folding her hands together.  “Decent lighting, great composition…  Perhaps rethink the angle.  If you lower yourself just right, the catch of the light could be s p e c t a c u l a r.  But it’ll give more of an ethereal feel, which you might not wish to go for.  Harsher shadows, less fantastical.  What mood strikes you?”

It’s a bad habit of mine to say “I’m sorry” as a reaction to everything. It comes out whenever I’m sad, scared, or confused, even when I’m the one getting hurt.

Tim thought about it for a while, tapping his foot. He put his hand to his forehead, wondering why he was just sharing information with this person as if he knew her that well. However, if she were willing to listen to him… Not many people did, nowadays.

“I’m not so sure that’s a good idea. Sometimes lying is the right thing to do, even if you shouldn’t. What if knowledge is worse than the lie?”

“Lying is the right thing to do?”

Her brows furrowed slightly at the other’s words. A small moment of pause as she thought over the words spoken. It was another way of thinking. What if knowledge is worse than the lie? For a moment she debated the other’s statement before shaking her head lightly.

“But even if the knowledge might be worse it will give the advantage of knowing what might come and we might have a chance then?”
