“Oh, I can so choose the music!” Katie beamed and tugged Julie towards the car and out the front door. “And just wait till I can drive. I’m gonna be SO much better than Jack. And then I can pick you up places like you always do for me!”

“I figured it’d be for the best, seeing as you said and I quote that ‘I need to update my music taste’. I’m paraphrasing, but you know what I mean,” Julie said, obviously teasing her sister. “Honestly, I can’t wait. Not to be rude to Jack or anything, but I’m already way sure that you’re gonna be better than him. You’ve got the patience for it, and I can ask you to drop me off at the mall without you giving me an eye roll.”

Katie grins and starts heading for the door, grabbing the keys and tossing them to Julie. “Uh, yeah. I gotta keep brushing up on my stuff if I’m going to be the best one there, right?!” She nudges her big sister, “ ‘sides, you taught me to be prepared and to study and I think it’s helped me get into my groove.”

Julie caught the keys. “Fair point.” She grins when Katie nudges her and gently nudges her back. “Happy to help, kiddo. But I’m gonna need yours with the music.” Then, she grabs her jacket and shrugs it on. “Got everything you need?”

Powers: Ability of flight and superhuman speed (faster than the speed of sound) and after a second manifestation of powers, teleportation.

Along with her 3 siblings she was granted powers when a dying member of the Kymellian alien race split his powers evenly between the four of them. Together they formed the Power Pack and when their parents were kidnapped by members of the Snarks alien race Julie single handedly brought down their ship.

After becoming tired of her super-heroic activities she retired from the superhero life to focus on her private life. However she later returned to the superhero life and joined Avengers Academy. Soon after joining the Academy came into brief conflict with the Runaways, who were searching for the dinosaur named Old Lace. Hostilities ceased soon, and Julie briefly flirted with Karolina Dean before the search for Old Lace continued. After having retrieved Old Lace, Julie and Karolina made plans for a date, and eventually became romantically involved.
