YEAH the quest to do it is a little lack luster and there arent a lot of ghoul centric questlines (that might change who knows) but you can play as a ghoul and your stats are modified to reflect it.

the chem mechanic i dont really care for (i didnt understand it in the show and i dont understand it now but whateva)

ive wanted to play as a ghoul for literally a decade and the skys the limit now for future updates and games. assuming bethesda sticks to their guns and takes the time to write in appropriate dialogue and lore
