yo! how’s it going , journal?

it’s me , bill again.

you know that babe i’ve been writing about for a few weeks now? that totally bodacious cheerleader? turns out , she’s really nice! i thought a babe like her would never even look in my general direction. i mean ; why would she? have you looked at me? but anyway... i ended up getting her as a lab partner which is most triumphant! i totally suck at science and she’s really smart! maybe i could ask her to help tutor ted so their dad can get off their back!

well-- i’ve been thinking about asking her out. but-- i don’t know. she probably has a boyfriend already! or a girlfriend! and if she does , man.... they are so lucky. totally envious , dude. do you think she likes milkshakes? maybe the skate rink? i’d fall on my ass but it would be a smooth move. ;D 

anyway... till next time , journal dude! i’ll keep you informed on the failure or success of the most excellent or heinous attempt!

Awesome.” The answer was forced and dripping in an overly saccharine tone. “Or- and hear me out here-,” she touched her hands together and motioned to Ted with them. “I can rely on my ability of time management and just be. On time.” A small smile was on her features. “But I promise not to reveal your really neat trick, yeah?” A hint of a laugh was present as she spoke, glancing back to her posse and scrunching her face up.

“it’s a most helpful tip when you need to gather historical dudes for your history report! but don’t forget to wind it!” the innocent smile graced their features before they shifted from one foot to the other. the smile soon faded before a hand came to scratch at their head at her words. “yeah ; i guess that works to! if you are most excellent at that. i- however- am not.” its one of the main reason why they wore a watch and why bill was always reminding them to wind it. “hey- aren’t you that babe from the pool! the most bodacious life guard!?”

well... maybe it wasn’t the most entertaining thing for someone not into the show like they were. it was hard to find things to do other than what they usually did with bill. ted really didn’t have--- friends , aside from bill. they’d known the shorter male all their life and just tended to stick to his side. ted wasn’t the--- smartest of the two. they were easily picked on and it showed. their fingers fidgeted across the edges of the comic book in their hands before placing it back into their almost empty back pack. mainly just filled with canned pudding , bubble gum , their spare guitar picks , and a few comics. “i thought... comics were normal....” they mumbled before bringing their knees up to their chest and holding them. “well-- what would you like to do , gwen my friend?” they asked with a gentle tone.
