DC Abuses Her Polling Privileges, Part the Nth

At the risk of stirring the shit, here's a little poll for your Monday:

If you could veto ONE death in More Than Meets The Eye/Lost Light, whose would it be?

WARNING: SPOILERS FOR MTMTE/LL BELOW!

The rules:

The death is undone with immediate effect - no long waits or quests to get that person back.

Only the death is undone, not the circumstances leading up to it. Tarn still tries to kill Kaon; Megatron still gets a death sentence; Skids still gives the Autobots the power-up they need. It's just that the person miraculously survives.

The person saved is properly saved. Meaning, they're protected from that cause of death (ie, the person who just failed to kill them doesn't swing around for another go, or anything) and they're considered to wind up somewhere safe.

Feel free to come yell at me in the notes about the people I had to leave out and/or all the stuff around the death you'd change instead. :D

I am SICK and TIRED of seeing so much hate towards Al! Al hasn't done ANYTHING to hurt ANYONE! Al is harmless!

On mnemosurgeon Getaway… I’m not fully aware of the lore with mnemosurgeons but would the only ones available to teach him be Trepan and Chromedome? Because if it’s Trepan… and we combine that with Megs as his parent… yikes amiright

There are probably other mnemosurgeons, and there's the horrible possibility of someone trying to teach themselves it which would have. Bad results. Interesting bad results.

I feel like no matter what there's gonna be angst, especially with the Serious Implications of Trepan being his teacher and Megatron as his parent (i see opportunities here of Getaway slinking off to Trepan later on in his life demanding he be taught the practice, and the irony would be dark)

I feel like it is both more likely and we'll have interesting confrontations if Chromedome is his mentor because Chromedome is

A practicing mnemosurgeon among the autobots

Connected to Prowl just like Getaway is connected to Prowl

Has a history of shady shit just like Trepan (and most mnemosurgeons)

Is actively here, on the lost light, who we see occasionally being asked to do mnemosurgery

Would probably be one of the few who know Getaway is Megatron's child

It'd be so fucked up for Chromedome to meet one of his old students in an environment like this
