Don't lose it and spiral out of control. The second you let yourself go, you know what'll happen: pain and bloating and crying over something that isn't worth your time. F00d isn't worth your time.

Iced latte
0 sugar squash
Rice cakes and salsa
Mints
0 sugar energy drinks
..................
Get steps in by walking on incline
Intermittent fasting if 24hr fasts are hard
Omad
Sleep early
30 mins body toning workouts 1-2x a day
Lots of water
Water retention pills

And u swear by them hour long beauty subliminals!! Listen every day with affirminations outloud!!
