Lucie shrugged. “Kind of. I feel like I need more tops but all the ones I look at are identical.” She began walking back to the area to show Lillian the shirts she was just holding. She picked them up and turned around, showing her. “What do you think?” Lucie asked. “Don’t these look the exact same. How am I supposed to pick one?” She groaned.
Lillian stared at the shirts, perhaps for longer than necessary but she couldn’t decide. They were both so... plain. “No offence, Lu. But you should get something that has glitter and sparkles on it,” she smiled. The blonde had always had a flare for the eccentric. “I think you’d look pretty in either or though. You’d look pretty in anything!”

“Lil, chill,” Eli said, enjoying the dumb little rhyme of Lillian’s name as he sat down, wincing only slightly at old aches which had been showing their faces recently. “I just came over to hang out. I haven’t seen you for a while, you know? How’s my favorite petal-pusher?”
“Shush, Eli... Schmli.” Perhaps she was as bad at rhyming as she was at remembering. However, the little blonde smiled at her friend, grateful for his company. “She’s just fine! A little bored, but that’s nothing unusual in this town. What about you, earthie? Got any gossip to entertain me with?”

What’s with all the flowers? It’s all you ever seem to paint.“ "Flowers are beautiful. If I paint them, their petals will never wilt and their veins will never show. Their heads will never meet the ground.” “So they’ll never die.

“I’m sorry, were you talking to me?” Lillian said, looking up from the book, about gardening, she was currently reading. It was rare that someone would genuinely seek her out for company, so the small blonde could only assume that she had done something wrong. “I can move if you want. I’ll find another tree to sit under, if you want this space..” She continued, quietly.

“This is a bit embarrassing, but I might have stained my last clean shirt. I don’t look like Casper, right? I can still get a tan… “
“That depends. If the sun ever shines, I’m sure you’ll be able to get a tan. Although, I think you look absolutely fine.”

“a small bachelor party for a friend. but because of my power and his power, it takes a little more than the average drink to affect us. so i think this will do the trick,” harley chuckled as he set them down on the floor again. “didn’t i see you struggling with a bag of compost the other day?” he teased, “thank you, but i’ll be able to manage. just means i can skip the gym, right?”
“Does that mean someone’s getting married?” Lillian had rarely kept up with the personal lives of the town’s residents, however, even if she were told it was certain she would have forgotten. She was a less severe, yet more blonde version of Dory. “I, uh, yes... yes, you did.” She replied, sheepishly. Although, surprised that someone had remembered her. “Can I come to the party?” Her lips turned upwards into a softened smile. “I’ve never been to a party before.”

“You are, a bit,” Sapphire agreed, ignoring the fact that her name had been mixed up. If that was what it was. For all she knew, there really was an Amethyst somewhere and Lillian was totally justified in forgetting. “Not being able to hear the – that –” she gestured at the TV across the room as she faltered, brow quirked, forgetting how to pronounce the word –“must be dreadful.”
Lillian couldn’t argue with her, after all she wasn’t exactly incorrect. She had her moments, good and bad -- and this happened to be on the lower end of the scale. All she knew was that the woman in front had the name of a gemstone. “I, uh, it’s just, it’s my favourite show. It’s all about gardening,” she smiled. “You can watch it with me, if you like? I can put the subtitles on.”

Oliver stood on the sidewalk confused, it’s not like they gave him a map of this place. He looked down the street in both directions hoping to see some type of sign but he was definitely lost. “Where is this damn library” he whispered to himself harshly.
“I’m sorry, did you say something?” Lillian asked, as she slowed down her pace until she came to a halt in front of the other. “I, uh, I think I heard you say library? Are you looking for the library?”

harley was gearing up for the bachelor party he had yet to have for zane, with tristan, and yes he had gotten a couple of kegs to tap instead of buying bottles of beer. it would last longer, plus the immortal needed to drink more to feel it’s effects. he had just picked them up to take out of the bar when he almost collided with another. “shit, sorry. limited movement carrying these, uh– -” he took two steps back, motioning his head to allow the other in, “c’mon in.”
Lillian squealed, stepping backwards immediately and viewing the kegs in the other’s hands. “Oh no, it’s okay. Don’t worry about it,” she said, with a softened smile. “Are you having a party?” The blonde asked. “I can help you carry them if you want.”

Lucie held up two almost identical shirts in the store and sighed as she held them up in the mirror. She was supposed to be meeting a girl from school here, Lillian. The girls had met in class this afternoon and Lucie had mentioned something about not having enough tops when she unpacked all her stuff. Lucie glanced around and saw another blonde girl at the front of the store. Lucie put the two tops back down and rushed to the front of the store. “Lillian!” She exclaimed. “It’s Lucie! From school. Thanks for meeting me.” She replied with a smile.
Lillian wasn’t used to being acknowledged in public, mostly due to her lack of social interaction with anyone other than her roommates, and Jace and Adaline. Spinning around on her heel, she smiled as she was approached by... oh god, what was her name? The blonde visibly breathed a sigh of relief as the other spoke her name, and she suddenly felt at comfort. “Lucie, it’s lovely to see you!” She smiled, ecstatic that someone had actually wanted to spend time with her. “I’m really excited, I haven’t been shopping in so long. Did you find anything worth purchasing?”

Crystal had spent all night studying but rather than sleep and waste the day she’d decided to make her way to the coffee shop to obtain a coffee, she’d chuckle lightly as she watched the person in front of her spilled the sugar onto the ground. “It’s definitely been one of those days hasn’t it.”
Lillian sighed, bending down and trying to gather all the sugar she could into a pile. “Tell me about it,” the blonde smiled. “I can’t wait for summer to officially start.”

“you just proved my point. my name is charlie.” they pointed out, brow raised as eyes looked over the blonde. “but hey, everyone’s forgetful sometimes, right? so long as you remember the important things - though i would argue that my name’s important.”
“Huh?” Lillian felt embarrassed, silently cursing herself for forgetting yet another name. “It’s not my fault, you look like a Chad.” Quirking a brow, she met him with a curious expression. “Why’s your name important? Are you a prince or something?”

leviadapts:
Lillian might have never been one to attend dances, but Levi? Levi had never known they were a big deal. He’d gotten excited when he heard about it and immediately jumped to invite someone, anyone, just to make sure he’d get the full effect; Lillian had been the first person he stumbled upon after he reached that decision. One quick question later and now they were here, possibly for the first time, because he wasn’t sure he’d ever actually spoken to her before he’d asked her to the dance.
“You look great. Fantastic, even,” he answered smoothly, smiling at her. He offered his hand for her to grip, inclining his head. “I’m pretty sure you’re not going to believe me even though I’m right, so I’ll draw you later, if you like.” And if she didn’t like. The difference would be in whether she got to see it or not. In a pastel pink shirt and dark jeans, Levi didn’t actually look much different to how he dressed some days. At least this time his hair wasn’t a mess. “But the point’s too have fun, right? We can do that no matter how we look.”
“You have to say that,” she laughed. However daunting the thought of dancing among the entire town was, Lillian was at least grateful that she’d gained a friend in Levi and a date. Not that she really needed one, but it was good to have someone to calm her nerves and accompany her. “Alright, Jack Dawson,” she quipped. “However, I don’t think I’d be a good subject to draw. There’s not really much to me, I’m quite boring appearance-wise.” At least, in her eyes, compared to the others that had graced the dance floor. Finally taking his hand, she squeezed it tightly without knowing as she surveyed the dancers while biting her bottom lip. “To have fun,” she repeated quietly, trying to gather up the courage. “I can have fun... sure. Everything’ll be okay.”

Emily was standing next to the punch bowl watching a individual across the room dancing by themselves, she marched over to the other and grabbed there hands. “No one deserves to be dancing alone tonight.” she’d offer the other a comforting smile before spinning them. “Are you okay?”
Lillian squealed as she was spun around by the woman. “I’m fine,” she smiled, gathering her balance. “Don’t worry, I’m not alone. I think my date’s in the bathroom. But I wouldn’t pass up a dance.”

“This dance would be so much better if I was playing the music.” Zane said as he pulled his sunglasses off and glanced towards the person that was setting up the music. “I mean, is he tone deaf or something? He seems to not know what good music is.”
“I like it,” she replied, but then again Lillian liked everything. “Why don’t you take over from him? Mix it up yourself.”

Lillian had never been one to attend dances, not that she’d ever had the chance to be. Her poor memory had made sure of that, perfectly forgetting dates of events, among other things. However, this one she had remembered, and she was determined to make it the best she could. Fortunately, she’d found a friend that had offered to not let her go through her first dance alone.
Stood in front of Levi in a lightened blush coloured dress that reached above her knee, she nervously inspected her attire for the evening while playing with her specially curled blonde locks. “Do I look okay?” She asked, chewing on her bottom lip. She knew her choice of garment was simple; after all, she didn’t want to draw too much attention to herself. Although, she didn’t want to be under dressed... for the exact same reason. “Tell me if I need to change before we go in. I’d rather do that than look like an idiot.”
