i have the biggest soft spot for polar opposite ships so!! i love gontaguuji and they deserved more in game interactions

- i really love the idea of gonta telling korekiyo about his childhood and being away from civilisation for so long because gonta loves talking about his forest family and HONESTLY in what fucking realm does an anthropologist not want to know about that

- korekiyo really does not like bugs (as we saw in the insect meet and greet) but also he’s not a dumbass like apparently everybody else in this game, so he doesn’t outright tell gonta he doesn’t like bugs, but gonta knows, though he’s not mad about it - he’s actually just really happy that korekiyo’s trying for him 

- gonta asks korekiyo about the anthropological and historical relevance of every single bug in his lab and korekiyo, not wanting to pass up the chance to ramble and infodump about anthropology, does just that (they don’t sleep but they had fun)

- korekiyo, being 6″2, probably isn’t really used to people being taller than him, and then he meets gonta and for the first time in his life has to look up to talk to somebody

- you know in the anthology manga when their hair gets tangled together and gonta just starts carrying kiyo everywhere bridal style yeah i like to imagine korekiyo got really flustered because of that 

- and adding onto that!! korekiyo isn’t really used to affection but gonta is just a very cuddly man and korekiyo doesn’t know what to do!!!!! he doesnt know!!!!! gonta also hugs him way too hard because korekiyo is a twig 

- also i have a little theory that korekiyo’s super sensitive to the cold (going off of how much of his body is covered and the fact that he dislikes air conditioning) so i also like to think gonta is a walking heater so korekiyo is always kept warm

- korekiyo falls asleep at his/the library/his lab desk a lot because he overworks himself and gonta either picks him up and carries him to his room or just puts a blanket over him

Doll Skin - currently active; all female band that makes you wanna punch a nazi and they have some of the coolest guitar bits

The Distillers - currently active; fast paced punk music that doesn’t disappoint

The Interrupters - currently active; ska punk band opening for the hella mega tour. they sing about mental health and the usual punk topics

Destroy Boys - currently active; a smaller punk band that will make you wanna overthrow the government and has toured with Slutzville

Slutzville - currently active; married lesbians who write songs about hating the government (songs on bandcamp: https://slutzville.bandcamp.com)

The Runaways - not active; teenage all girl punk rock from the 70s

Joan Jett and the Blackhearts - not active; similar to the runaways as they were fronted by the same singer, but less teenage rebellion

Siouxsie and the Banshees - not active; definitely more goth leaning, so their songs are less aggressive/ violent

Blondie - not active; origin of the punk rock and new wave movements, but have more of a pop edge

No doubt - not active; ska punk that’s similar to early paramore
