just like how akane helps ranma grow, his carefree personality helps her be herself. his immaturity can cause issues sometimes, but the childishness is still important. it allows akane to be flawed, to not lose herself in selflessness and ideals of "flawless femininity"

I found Escape from Divinity about 6 years ago when part 2 got an announcement, and I should have been 15. This series is one of my greatest sources of inspiration and I’ve loved watching it throughout the years. I can’t commend Toasty enough for the levels of depth and themes they were able to explore in such short amounts of time.

I love these characters so much. This really is one of my most favorite pieces of media ever. I can’t believe it’s actually finished.
