Fun fact, did you know that Francine and Chrissy have two other sisters? It’s true! In the April Fools Event in ACNL, they both describe being the oldest/youngest ‘of the four,’ indicating that there are two other polka dot bunny sisters that have yet to be seen.

So after analysing the maps for an eternity, I am 99% certain these are the only options for your intial river exits. (Hopefully we can change this, but it looks unlikely we can change the beach, so all maps might permanently fit these.) You cannot start with 2 river exits on the side(s) of town, only 1, and if you have a side exit, this fixes where the southern exit is. Or you can have 2 southern exits as far apart as possible. Between this, and Dodo Airlines only resides on the acre divide, this means each of the 3 map types has only 2 options for Dodo Airlines. The dock is restricted to being over the river to the airport, so all of map 1 will have a right dock, all of map 2 will have a left dock. Map 3 can have either side. Resident services is not as tied down, but generally covers one of the nearest acre intersects between the rivers near Dodo Airlines. (? box are unconfirmed) The secret beach can be in any of the 5 top acres. Additionally, there is always 1 outcrop of grass overlooking the sea, and 2 large ‘feature’ rock acres on the beach.

This could be wrong, but so far every map we have seen has fit these criteria.
