His s eyes flickered back to your lips before meeting your gaze.  ""I... I want to kiss you," he stammered, his voice barely above a whisper. With your impatience growing. Without a word, you closed the gap, and your lips brushed against his in a kiss. Heeseung froze for a moment, his hands hovering awkwardly in the air before finally settling on your waist, pulling you closer. His lips moved hesitantly against yours. As you pulled back, you saw a shy Heeseung with a big fat smile spreading across his face.

002. PARK JONGSEONG 박종성 ── "You want to kiss me?" you said which made Jay regain his gaze at you. "I mean... if you want" he lowers his voice. "Why wouldn't I Jay?" you smirked at him. As you realized, you teasingly rolled your eyes before you leaned closer to him. Jake's hands gently framing your face, his thumb brushing over your jawline in a caress that sends a shiver down your spine as he deepened the kiss. A shy grin tugs at the corners of his lips as he pulls away.   “Happy now?” You asked, he nodded happily. 

004. PARK SUNGHOON 박성훈 ── "Could you kiss me?" Sunghoon whispers. "You could've kissed me ages ago" you said, teasingly. He just laughed rubbing his neck. "Yeah, you can Hoon" you smiled nodding with arms crossed. He suddenly stepped closer Leaning in, he gently cupped both of your cheek. His lips brushed against yours, a soft and tender kiss. It was just both of you lost in each other's lips."Better late than never, right?" he whispered as he finally pulled back You chuckled softly, brushing your fingers against his cheek.

005. YANG JUNGWON 양정원 ── Jungwon glanced up, a gentle smile curving his lips as he met your gaze. "Would it be alright if I kissed you baby?" he asks softly. "Of course" you said, looking straight at him in the eyes. Without a word Won leaned in and he was already met with your lips in a soft, tender kiss. You felt the gentle squeeze of his hand reassuringly intertwining with yours as he smiled between kisses. "That was… perfect," he murmurs as he pulled back, his thumb gently brushing the back of your hand. "I've wanted to do that for a while." he smirked.

006. KIM SUNOO 김선우 ── "Can I?" Sunoo asks, leaning into you closer, feeling his breath touch your skin. You arched a brow in question "Hm?." "I wanna You smile softly, brushing a stray strand of hair from his forehead. "Of course you can," The world around you felt like it stopped as your lips meet his in a kiss. His hands find their way to your waist, pulling you closer as the kiss deepens. The softness of his lips is justttt chefs kiss. As he pulled out from it, he smirked, resting his forehead against yours.

"Okay, maybe I do have one ulterior motive baby,". He closed the distance between you, his face inches from yours.      You smirked, leaning in slightly. "And what might that be?" "Maybe…" Ni-ki's voice was barely above a whisper now. "…I want a kiss."  You chuckled softly. "Woah, Okay, Ni-ki. So what now??" SYNOPSIS! riki doesnt like to have cutesie makeup done, but when it's you, he doesn't mind as much

"hold still!" you told your boyfriend, riki, as you carefully applied his eyeliner, trying to get it perfect. you had asked him to be your guinea pig for a new makeup look you wanted to try out, promising him cuddles and kisses after, which he couldn't say no to.

"it tickles.." he mumbled, trying not to move his face too much by speaking as to not mess you up. no matter how much riki claimed to not like you dolling him up, he couldn't deny that he loved the physical contact and close proximity to you. you had him leaned against the bathroom wall, all of your makeup supplies on the counter.

"okay, now for your lipgloss!" you pulled away your hand from his eyes, finally, perfect and even eyeliner. reaching for the perfect rosy lipgloss, you undid the cap, positioning yourself to do his lips. you carefully applied the gloss, not noticing that riki was staring down at you, his eyes occasionally trailing from yours, down to your lips.

after deciding the look was complete and just how you imagined it, you took a step back, taking in your boyfriends appearance. before you could fully make a decision to know whether you liked it or not, his hand found its way to your waist, pulling you close and colliding his lips with yours in a needy kiss. once semi-satisfied, he pulled away for air.

"i've been wanting to do that the whole time," he let you know, his free hand going up to cup your cheek as he brought you in for another kiss. you could taste the faint cherry flavour of the gloss you applied, it mixed with the taste of him. this time, the kiss was shorter, you pulled away so that you could get a photo before his makeup was completely ruined by kissing.

"wait, just a sec.." you took your phone from the counter, opening the camera app.

"you never told me you were taking a photo!" riki complained as you snapped a couple different shots "so embarrassing.." he mumbled.

"okay, now i'll take it off" riki let out a sigh of relief after hearing the good news from you.

"nuh uh, you promised me kisses!" he delved back in to kiss you, and you knew his lips would be on yours for quite a long time.

walking in the door, riki let his bags fall from his hands and onto the floor. he rubbed his eyes, drowsiness overtaking his body as he only thought about climbing into bed with you.

well— that thought was interrupted when he felt something run into him, causing him to stumble back a bit.

he looked down to see you wrapped around his middle, squeezing him as if you hadn’t seen him in centuries.

“oh?” he chuckled, his hand coming to rest on your head, stroking it. you nuzzled your face in his chest, sighing in content.

“yeah?” his hand came to hold your chin, turning it so you could look at him. he smiled slightly when he could finally see your face, his hand now squeezing your cheeks together as his cold rings brushed against them.

“mhm.” you responded, looking up at him with wide eyes, waiting for him to give you your daily ‘i missed you’ smooch.

he laughed at your expression, teasing you as his face inched closer but didn’t let his lips touch yours just yet.

“how much?”

“babe,” you whined, trying to get your face closer to his but your feet could only lift so far off of the ground. his sly smile only irritated you more as you slouched in his arms, pouting.

he shook his head before his lips finally came to meet yours, hand still squeezing your face gently. your lips moved in sync with his, sighing once more.

you gripped his hoodie, pulling him closer than he already was, if that was even possible.

he pulled away, giving you two more pecks on your lips.

you whined at the feeling of him being away from you again, only wanting him close for the rest of the night.

his arm wrapped around your lower back, hugging you once more.

“come onnn,” you sulked, attempting to bring him to bed with you.

lee heeseung, who knows he’s created a rift between you and him the more he devotes himself to his work, and the less he responds to your texts and messages, the more you worry.

lee heeseung, who sees you in your room with tears in your eyes as you write in your journal how you feel, the songs of your playlist emcompassing the melancholic insecurities that continue to choke you out. 

“you don’t love me anymore, do you?” you confess your amalgamation of issues, afraid that his lack of availability and excuses stem from his loss of feelings. 

and lee heeseung lays with you, refusing to let the exhaustion creep into his bones until he’s quelled your fears. “I know you keep hearing it, but it really is work.” he pairs his explanations with begging texts from his boss and team as evidence, followed by his refusal but eventual acceptance. it’s overtime, and he promises himself he’ll treat you both to a trip with the three day weekend coming up. and he’s been too tired to even realize how aloof he sounds, until he hears your quiet and vulnerable explanations. “i’m sorry, ____. I promise, it’s not what you think. i’ve been meaning to ask to take you out down south a bit, yeah? just us, over that three day weekend. it’s what i’ve been planning. i’m sorry I haven’t noticed how I’ve made you feel, my love.” Although you still have to take deep breaths and slowly calm yourself, you let him dote on you, wiping away tears and placing small kisses on your forehead. 

“say it, heeseung.” and he knows immediately.

“i love you, ___.” his eyes glitter with affection as he cups your jaw, his forehead against yours. “i love you, and i know i don’t say it enough.”

park jay, who swears he would never let it happen to him, he swears he would never be caught purposely in the rain, but his heart falls into reckless abandon; and it falls for you, vehemently. some would say it’s cliche. jay thinks it’s simply a byproduct of his feelings for you.

park jay, who knocks at your door repeatedly, the rain soaking him down to the bone. he knows he’ll catch a cold, but the craziest thing about being in love is that he truly doesn’t care.

you open your door, annoyed at who could be out at the hour. “jay, what the hell? you have a flight tomorrow!”

“i love you.” he confesses, like it’s torture to contain. “i love you, and it drives me crazy.” 

your words feel caught up in your mouth, suddenly dry and without response. “i swear, ____. I don’t care that we’re friends, i don’t care that i leave for a month tomorrow. i stay up at night because you are all I think about. And I can’t come home to an empty apartment without at least trying to gain the courage to ask you to join me there.” 

you think you could cry, honestly, when you step into the rain and wrap your arms around him, pulling jay into a slow kiss. you don’t need words to describe how you feel, only reprimanding his recklessness. “i’m glad it only took two years for you to feel the same.” you finally tell him. he drips on your floor as you two hurry across the wood to dry off.

you don’t care that he makes a mess, and it doesn’t matter that he has to borrow your clothes. you’ll move out soon, anyways.

park sunghoon, who feels stupid asking you out on your fifth date as a couple, standing outside your door with yet another bouquet of flowers. the man feels like he’s in high-school once more, but swears that you deserve nothing but the best, however cliche. 

park sunghoon, who does not know the aching feeling of love and how exhilarating it feels to hold your hand, willing to palms not to get clammy and for his racing heart to slow down when he sees your smile again.

sunghoon always brings you on the most well thought-out dates. drives to the flower fields are filled with boxes and wrapping paper for you to make bouquets with, he attentively works on his color-by-number and makes sure you’re not slacking off to appreciate the end effort, and he makes pottery with you, sculpting with pride as you frown at your mess. your boyfriend has always poured love into the little things. 

today, he takes you ice skating, despite your pleas against looking like a floundering idiot. he laughs at you, dragging your shaky legs onto the rink and giggling as you scream. he pretends to race you, spinning and twirling as you try your might to finish your pre-decided finish line before him. he sulks, and you smile, your chest filling with a swirling, bubbling feeling. 

when he finally takes you home, you two share a sweet kiss, and you pull away to rest your forehead on his.

when you emerge with a look of shock, jake springs into action, opening your door. “i thought heeseung was going to take me home.” you say, pleasantly surprised. 

“and so you thought wrong.” you pull at his ear, laughing when he shrinks away from you. 

the rest of the night continues perfectly, and your chest swells with every new thing your boyfriend tells you he has planned. truly, in this moment, you feel so wholly accepted and appreciated. the night ends with you two tangled on the couch, your head following the rise and fall of his chest as you two clink wine glasses. you turn to him, making eye contact after you place your glass down. “thank you, jake. truly. i appreciate this so much,” you tell him quietly. “you were lying when you said you didn’t know what you were doing.” the corner of his lip curls into a smile, and he places his glass down as well, a look of pure emotion in his eyes. when he kisses you, it feels right, your lips slotted against his as a content sigh leaves you. 

“i love you, ____.” he murmurs, his hand still cradling your jaw. “i hope you can tell.” and you scrunch your eyebrows, sending jake into full panic and overthinking. 

“of course, jake, you did so much for me today, and i feel so special.” you confess. “i love you, too. more, even.” you ponder, before rushing out. “yes, definitely more.” and jake quiets you with yet another kiss.

it starts small, like a gentle appreciation for his physical comfort and words of affirmation- because sunoo has always been there for you, and if anyone asked, he’d say the same about you. 

you come to him a week before he’s expected to move in, fiddling with your fingers as you finally let the thread of doubt snap in your chest. “would you ever have feelings for me?” you ask, as he stands in the doorway. “i’m sorry, i know it’s a loaded question, but i just- i just wanted some sort of answer before you leave. 

and sunoo smiles, pulling you in to shield you from the cold night as he envelopes you in a long hug. when you stare up at the boy who’s always been your best friend, you feel only peace within your heart. 

“i have never been able to say if i truly love someone because for a long time i didn’t understand it- but i know i want you in a way that’s a bit more than friends, ___.” 

you feel your chest pouring with happiness, the elation reaching your eyes and your smile. 

“it’s crazy- and weird, and so unlike us, but i think i love you- and we don’t have to do anything about it yet- but just know i do.” you tell him, feeling a weight finally letting off. sunoo, even in the dark of his house, smiles, and kisses your forehead.

you go to watch today’s dishes as jungwon packs leftovers in the fridge, and you follow this routine of shared responsibility so well all the time that you wonder if maybe he’s grown tired of it. 

jungwon is keen to detail. he knows you, because he has loved you for so long. 

“what’s wrong, angel?” and he wraps his arms around you at the sink, his chin resting on your shoulder as he avoids your moving arms. 

you’re not sure when tears have sprung into your eyes, but at the first sniffle, jungwon is quick to tense up, turning to make proper eye contact with you before he reaches up with his thumb and silently wiles away the melancholy threatening to spill from your waterline. “i don’t know, ‘won.” and you know things will be fine, as he does, because you don’t push him away or stray from affection even when times are hard. “maybe we’ve just been tired and busy, but i’m afraid you just love me because of convenience.” 

“no- i would never,” and the look you see in his eyes only furthers his serious and unwavering tone. “i love you, ____, always- and i’ll be around to say it again and again.” and maybe nights like these or weeks like now are hard and rough around the edges, but with the way you cradle his face with a gentle kiss and downpour of love, you both know things will be okay.

you ask all the questions he’s unsure of, and it slides things into place when he properly thinks about it. and there’s only one clear answer, because when he thinks back to the night when you told him just a few of the easiest things to love about him, he realized he harbored the same emotions for you. he’s just never had the chance to sit down and really evaluate what it means to be in love, but he sees it now, clearer. 

“i love you.” he blurts, and you quickly look over to see how he’s gone wide eyed. 

“do you mean it, though? or are you just saying it because you want me to feel better?” 

he shakes his head quickly, stopping the two of you on the sidewalk and taking your cold hands into his. “yes- i do mean it, and i never meant to take so long to realize my feelings.” he swallows, feeling all nervous inside. “i love you, ____, and i promise it’s for real.” and his lips curl into a toothy grin before his hands wrap around your waist as you lean in for a kiss.
