Nothing against fart fetishists, but farting for performance isn’t really my thing, though I totally get why you would ask and I understand how belching and farting tie together.

Protein consumption is another obvious link.

This blog is meant to provide material that helps fantasize about a primal beast lurking in each of us that we can tap into while working out or thinking about the muscle monsters we’d ultimately like to become.

For me, belching is like allowing that inner beast to release a gutteral roar or growl. Knowing how to belch on command in the gym can be very stimulating in terms of providing an edge while lifting imo.

I’m not saying it’s a valid concept, but I tend to get an extra rep or more when I’m in this mindset.

I don’t personally think that way in terms of farting.

That’s the long answer to say I won’t be posting fart content of my own here, but this might offer something for you so you don’t end up empty-handed.

Markus is definitely not ashamed of farting in public.
