Duck Tales

"We are the quartet. Oh no, quintet" That's how starts my interview with Hansel Duck who is the leader of paradoxical Italian metal-core band.

Me: So, Hansel, first of all introduce your band for our readers. 

H: Well, we play metalcore. Maybe postcore. Maybe emocore. We ourselves don't know it. Like everybody we have our own problems. For example stupid guitarist. Or mmm red hair (no soul) basist. Well to say truth he has never played bas. But guitarist or basist it doesn't matter. No no, it's not a problem. For example, what about me I also have never sung. And even haven't listened metalcore. It's absolutely not a problem. Yes, we have some problems like everybody. For example we don't have promoter. Yes. We have nobody excepting producer. But our producer doesn't want to sent songs for mastering if he doesn't like sound. Yes, we have some troubles like everyone. We have no good places to play. And our actual leader threatens to leave us. And our expromoter appropriated our money for tour. So, well, we are just normal, usual band.

Me: Is there a leader whom you would like to emulate?

H: Yes, yes. Once I saw person like what you talk about on YouTube. But I don't remember his name. And band name don't remember too. So I can't find him again.

Me: Hansel it's not your real name. What is about names of other band members?

H: Well, mmm, Chicco is, mmm, I don't know his real name. Oh no, no. He is Ricco. If I remember right from Facebook. Others use their real name. If I'm right.

Me: If we start to talk about names, let's tell me about your surname. Why have you chosen it?

H: Oh, it's easy. It's just because of my way to move on the stage.

Me: Well, you are beautiful guy and moreover frontman of quite popular band. I think you are surrounded by beautiful girl-fans, aren't you?

H: Oh yes, yes, I am (smiles). There are a lot of them. And of course I pay attention to them. I paste ALAN stickers on their foreheads.

Me: Well, Hans, thanks a lot for the interview. I think our readers will fall in love with you like I've done. I wish you success. Good luck.

H: Yeah, thank you. Good luck.
