Rog noticed Lin staring? Yeah, it didn't seem like one of those memory times where she'd zone out. Staring at...? Hmm. Head tilted, frowning, he used his arms to push his pecs together.

I've been noticing a blog posting Tolkien ai art and thought it'd be best to spread awareness. The blog is tuadcamlost and while they have confirmed their blog is ai generated images they don't upfront state it and don't always answer people asking about it.

I've seen a lot of people in the tags amazed by the details of the art style or how op does x and I think it's important to be transparent that it's ai generated images.

This isn't a call to boycott them in anyway. I think it's important to know what you're interacting with and not everyone is aware of what ai looks like.

Some stuff to back up what I'm saying. They've answered two people that it is ai generated. And their very first post was tagged as ai but the rest have not been.

A lord of Gondolin in an early draft of the legendarium. He led the folk of the Hammer of Wrath, who all perished during the Fall of Gondolin.

The etymology of his name opens up a lot of HC/backstory possibilities + Tolkien's blacksmiths are always interesting characters + the miscellaneous Gondolin lords in general are pretty obscure I think + I just think he's dreamy <3

Struck with an idea, she held up a 'hold that thought' finger and went digging through her bag, then pulled out a convenient little pot of ink and grabbed a stick off the ground.

"I'm supposed to tell you," Beleg peaked at his hand, a big tentacle scribbly monster had been doodled there, "to not worry about barricading the water." He smiled, mission accomplished.

Lindethiel's expression froze in one of those unnatural smiles that don't reach the eyes, which are a little too wide for a smile. Her gaze shifted around restlessly.

"That's good," she eventually decided, expression relaxing, "because if I was supposed to have been worrying and barricading, we might have had a problem there."

Unfazed by being tackled by a beef, Lin just holds the mug up and out to keep it safe as they go down.

"Oh, is this not a good honey mug? I wasn't sure what would be best."

"Rog, I'm hungry. Should I go for the hot forge honey or crunch on some nuts and bolts?" -Lin

Rog considers. "Wellll I wouldn't want you to hurt your teeth so some forge honey."
