What's Coraline want to be when she grows up? (I once saw a Adam Hughes pic and it looked nothing like her... at all. But she was grown up because how else is he going to draw her all leggy and such?)

[Coraline’s dream is to live in a house in the middle of the woods, alone, with a huge garden.

Failing that, she would want to either work with plants or be a paranormal investigator. I wouldn’t say she’s interested in botany, but she loves gardening and growing things, so she’d definitely have one of those regardless of her occupation.]

“No, I’m not a witch,” she spat. What was with people and thinking she was a witch. You show an interest in occult magic, and suddenly everyone thinks you’ll go all ‘bubble bubble toil and trouble’ at a moment’s notice.

“And it’s not just some Halloween mumbo-jumbo. This is all real stuff. Witches are tough to get rid of, but if she’s haunting your basement, that sounds more like a ghost or demon problem to me. I’d recommend an exorcism. That, or just make it really uncomfortable for a demon to live there. Holy water, crosses, all that stuff. But I never really bought into the whole ‘demon’ thing, so take that with a grain of salt.”
