    The female quickly corrects him with a stern index finger pointing his way, she does have to teach him respect on a daily basis these days. She giggles out childishly as she watches his hands come up to automatically fix the tresses she’s just destroyed then leading the way ahead. Finally hearing his laugh, Yoomi looks up at the taller male, a smile sporting her lips before she places her hands into either of her pockets once she feels the cold air hit her.

         “Teasing? What is this teasing thing you speak of?? I’m innocent, damn it,           innocent. Aish, there he goes again with his massive ego! What am I going           to do with you, huh?? Yeah, take it ‘cause it’s the only one you’ll get. Good,            it’d be very rude of you to make me go by myself, I’d even change your name            in my phone to JERK. yah —— at least you have a pretty sister.”

          “Calling you noona feels weird, noona.”

     He retorts on a breath, eyes rolling so incredibly far they may just get stuck in the back of his head, waving a hand to fend off the finger that’s much too in his face currently. Usually, Minhyuk is very respectful--- with everyone but Yoomi, that is. He grumbles softly as lithe fingers comb through his hair for at least a full minute all while mumbling under his breath. It takes a moment for him to stop, and when he does he’s looking down at the female and reaching a hand over to ruffle her hair instead with a much too innocent expression for someone who might just die from this action.

          “Innocent?? Okay, yeah, totally innocent. You know, surprisingly, my ego is            not at all massive!! My ego is teeny tiny and it’s all a facade, dude. Wow, so            lovely, that’s the nicest compliment I’ve ever received. If you wanna change my            name to jerk that’s fine, you were the poop emoji for three weeks in mine once.            Pretty sister---?? Uh, YEAH, whatever you need to hear.”

     She teases the other endlessly, though it’s all out of love and she has a lot of love for this particular male. He really isn’t helping himself with his bold actions, much like a toddler taking a tantrum and Yoomi can’t help but laugh at his displeased expression. She felt like she was looking after her little brother, trying to pry him out of his roof and into the real world, though that’s really exactly what she’s doing, aside from them not actually being related. Hearing his words, she backs off a little, though she reaches up to rough up the latter’s hair before walking ahead.

         “I didn’t mean it, I swear !! Saranghae !! Honestly, you know that I           love ya. Aish, okay you’re ot a child nor a baby, yes of course. You’re           totally a ——— man… kind of. Okay, i’ll stop please don’t make me go           along, Minhyuk-ah ! Please. You can’t say make me, that implies making           out and that’s gross.”

           “Aiiish, you’re the worst.”

     He shoots back under his breath, all grumbled words and half pouted lips, but you know it’s still okay. Like having an older sister, a very rude older sister but a sister all the same and he thinks that not even blood relatives have a relationship as nearly good as they do. So yeah, its okay, they’re essential sibling goals. Minhyuk grumbles more when hair is ruffled, fingers going up and immediately try and tame black tresses, good thing he didn’t spend time on his hair at all before leaving, and all he does is walk beside her with a laugh finally leaving his lips.

          “I was teasing, you know, that thing you were just doing to me. And I do,            I do, how could you not love me?? ... Don’t answer that. Well, being kind            of a man is better than being a child, so I’ll take it. Yah, I won’t make you            go alone, don’t worry!! It was an empty threat. And I know, it’d be like, ew,            like kissing my sister.”

Alright, so Mio knows just how much she’d butchered the pronunciation. She still trips up with her Korean when she speaks too fast so how on Earth is anyone to expect her Japanese tongue to wrap itself around all these sciencey words (Greek, Mio, it’s called Greek)? She can’t help but feel bad for him, though, and she notes his defeated expression. It must be difficult, she thinks, doing a smart person course like this. Her own studies are far from easy but they are more physically taxing than anything. This is something else entirely. Still, with a smile on her face, she reaches over and drags her bag close to her, retrieving from it a handful of snacks and a few cans of soda.

‘ Sugar! It should keep you awake. I think I also have some canned coffee in here. It might sound weird but it’s a big deal in Japan, trust me. Okay, maybe it’s not motivation but it’s better than nothing, right? ’

          “Uh, yeah, something like that.”

     When he laughs, it’s not at her pronunciation in the slightest, it’s more of a sympathy kind of laugh. One that just screams Minhyuk knowing her pain because these names are ridiculous and hardly an easy task to pronounce. But hey, that was an impressive effort regardless and he’s surprised she even tried to say it. Ten points for Mio. You know, as defeated as he may seem, it’s very nice to have someone there with him to keep him conscious and on track because otherwise he’d either be very much asleep or very much distracted with video games. He loves microbiology, really, but it’s all very full on sometimes and he can’t always handle it properly. He pauses though, expression falling just a bit more at the sight of the snacks and soda, a gentle reminder that he can’t eat these things. But then coffee is mentioned and!! Yes, that he can drink, mhm!!

          “I’m not really a snack or soda kinda guy, but the coffee sounds pretty            good right now, like yes please gimme. I usually just brew my own so            I’ve never had canned coffee, it’s a cool concept, though!!”

      it makes her grin, bright as the neon that replaces the standard light bulbs in her room, and she considers ( for a moment ) about the reality of the flower being a dream craft. but then she extends a hand and hums.

              ❝ where’d y'find this? ❞

          “It was just kinda there in the park!! I found it while coming to see you.”

     She hums it out, all happy and high pitched and a smile that only seems to grow on her features. She’s always liked the neon in Izzy’s room, it’s super pretty and makes her very happy!! Bright colours tend to do that. Smile turns just a little sheepish after a moment, though.

          “I just thought, wow, this is really pretty!! I bet Izzy will like it!!”

     Her tone is filled with pure sarcasm, chuckling under her breath as she gets him to put on his jacket. The brunette can only laugh as he glares at her for so-called ‘mumming’ him. Now he’s even huffing? Ah, he’s making it really hard to believe he’s actually an adult, really, she’s even becoming worried about leaving him alone anymore. The brunette rolls her eyes to her friend’s words, then heading out as she looks behind her every few seconds to make sure he’s still following her, yet another ‘mum’ thing she does by accident. She’s really just looking out for him, honestly, it’s not out of badness at all.

         “Ah, I’m beginning to second-think that whole friendship thing I agreed            on a while back. No, no I don’t live under a rock, much like Patrick,           he’s probably the only person you’ll be able to relate with, considering            you’re a baby—— Sounds like fun though !! Ah, shut up. I’m not bossy !”

         “I’m not!!”

     Oh yeah, that’s definitely whined out, nose scrunching up in his distaste and he gives another tiny huff in response. He’s aware he’s not helping his case, but the ghoul doesn’t really care anymore. But, you know, when he catches her looking back at him constantly, it’s not like Minhyuk is really annoyed with her apparent mum’ness, it’s almost comforting that someone seems to care so much about his well being. Even if it’s pointless and dumb and kind of infuriating at times. A hum leaves his throat before he moves until he’s walking next to her, mostly so she’s able to see the playfully offended expression painting his face.

          “Yeah well... that was mean don’t say that!! Okay, clarification, I am            neither a child nor a baby, and you get one more chance before I go            back home and leave you to do this own your own. I refuse to shut            up, I could say make me but you’ll probably kick me.”

maybe it’s more like 280+ but i’ve given up keeping this thing accurate

Honestly, though, I’m in total awe! This muse has been active for just a month and I’m already approaching 300 followers, which is the easily the fastest I’ve reached this milestone on any blog I’ve had in my four years RPing on this site! I’m not trying to focus on the follower count, of course, as that’s not what counts but it’s impossible for me to act like I’m not overwhelmed by the warm response Mio has received! She’s such as simple OC as she is right now and there’s still so much that needs developed but everyone has been so kind and, seeing as her personality type isn’t one I’ve had a lot of experience writing, I’m so excited about everything! (/ ; v ;)/ On that note, I’d just like to thank a few (as this is a small bias list) people in particular!

     It’s all said while she skips up to the other, bright eyes to match her equally bright smile as she pulls this little flower out from behind her back. It’s purple and pretty and there are flecks of blue within the petals and it makes her happy. So Minah’s logical thinking is that it should make Izzy happy too, right?? Right!!
