I can’t believe I’m back at doing this series! I haven’t been reading fanfiction (ok, not only fics but almost everything) for a while because it increased my anxiety. Buuuut my new meds are really good so I decided to try reading again. I have a lot of work now and when I need to have a break from drawing I read something short and sweet. And now I’m in my “Gadge modern au” era. My goodness, i had no idea how much I needed it in my life 🫠🫠🫠

LENORE DOVE BAIRD

Well, I needed to post it here weeks ago, I’m sorry 🙈

Here are my TWO versions of Lenore Dove:

1. I have a headcanon that her father was a peacekeeper. That would explain “hint of red” in her hair (that’s a little far fetched but I imagine her father to look like Darius). Also green eyes are pretty rare and not common for D12. So combo of Maude Ivory + redhead peacekeeper results in Lenore Dove ver.1

2. If her father was mysterious Seam boy (one of Chances probably) then we have Lenore Dove ver.2, with olive skin and dark hair more common for Seam resident. This version looks too close to how I imagine Lucy Gray 🙈. So I think I prefer ver.1, but I like both actually ;)

Ok, so I JUST remembered that I haven’t post my annual winter Everlark yet 🥲🥲🥲 and it’s second half of the spring already (here in Russia spring starts from March 1st). I love my babies under some snowflakes 🌨️ (you can check this winter series through “lynx winter everlark” hashtag).

How do you feel about the book we’re getting about haymitch’s game? With your obsession with the second quarter quell generation and stuff.

Good question. Well. I’m excited and happy to get more information about SQQ gen. Yes, it will probably break everything I draw in my head about them buuuuut that’s ok. I hoped to get this information from SC from the moment she said “oh, Katniss’ parents had their own story but it’s not important for the story” LIKE COME ON GIVE ME GIVE GIVE MEEEEEEE this story 🤣

So, I consider this book as a dream come true. So I’m ready to be broken but happy ;)

Also I’m not even sure when I will be able to read the book… I talked to Russian publisher’s representative and they still haven’t received the rights to translate and publish the book… And it will take months to get an English copy… ugh.
