military girlfriend with anxiety
about tow months ago my boyfriend who is currently deployed told me in May and June he might not be able to have any contact with me, I cried the whole night while facetiming him eventually having him watch me cry myself to sleep. well, yesterday was the day, he will be gone for 14 weeks maybe a little longer and I know it's horrible to become dependent on an individual but that what I have done, my support, my life is all with him. but as someone with anxiety like mine, this happens more than I would like. well, yesterday I cried all day ended up having the worst anxiety attack of my life holding my knees rocking back and forth while not being able to breathe while tears run down my face. that night he messaged me before he left and asked if I was ok, I told him I was fine. I don't know what I'm going to do about without him for a month :(
