One of the craziest things about Wincest for me will always be the dialogue between Dean and Pamela in 14x10, specifically this line.

Their dialogue was clearly about relationships, and as we know, Dean always gets what he wants, or rather who he wants. Girls have been swooning over him since season 1, his exes were ready to come back to him if he chose them over the life of a hunter. So who else could this dialogue be about if not Sam? Everyone knows that for Dean, Sam is the most important person in his life, and Dean always chooses Sam, even in the context of family, Sam will always be first for Dean. But at the same time, Sam is the only one Dean clearly wants, but can’t have in the context of a relationship. And the fact that Dean doesn’t even deny it, and on the contrary, confirms Pamela’s words that Dean doesn’t want her (though he could have her, so again it only makes sense in the context of Sam).

Wincest is everywhere for those with the eyes to see.
