I'm a self-confessed frustrated chef! I really wanna learn how to bake and cook but it seems, I could not find time to learn these skills (palusot. hehe). My only experience was my required Culinary classes in high school. Other than that, I'm just a plain "eater".

Being a teacher is not easy. There are times when we feel tired, stressed out, and bored with our career to the point when we could already think of quitting. It's even more dramatic if we go through some emotional challenges along the way. I wish I could forget all the negative experiences and instead, always remember the purpose why I'm in this field. My pupils send me a lot of letters, whether they're written on a piece of paper or on the board. For three years that I've been teaching, I already have countless of letters to be kept for a lifetime. Sweet. The simple joys of being a teacher.

I used to join pageants when I was still a kiddo. Yes, I was a beauty queen. hahahaha. Now, it has become my greatest insecurity. I'm not and will not be able to do it again.

Day 17 A picture of something that has made a huge impact on your life recently.

When my mom got hospitalized last March and we found out about the results, a lot of realization came to our family. Suddenly, we became very conscious of our finances, our responsibilities, and our family concerns. I, myself, have become "thick-faced" asking a lot of help from other people, which I have never done before. I also realized that there are still angels here on Earth, who are willing to help even to strangers like me. For that, we are thankful.
