thank you for being one of the only logical tekken fans out there. seriously so sick and tired of all these toxic tekken fanboys on twitter, youtube, or reddit disrespecting Virtua Fighter. Do they really want Tekken to be the only 3D fighter out there, they should be happy that VF came back after all these years. Especially considering you know - Soul Calibur has become a myth thanks to SCV or the ppl at Project Soul leaving the team to either work on Tekken or a different company. DOA is basically sadly dead as well, they're never gonna make more fighting games because they'd rather make shitty mobile games or milk the ever living shit out of dead or alive xtreme venus vacation (which note: is NOT a fighting game. it's a fucking gacha game with micro transactions). So yeah why do Tekken fans want to not have VF6 be a thing at all? Are they denying the fact that the series has been declining in quality ever since Tekken 6 and refuse to admit that while Tekken 8 is better than 6/7 it's got some flaws too.

As much as I love Tekken, despite its many ridiculous flaws, I've been a fan of Virtua Fighter for far longer! Tekken owes so much to VF and 'real' fans shouldn't be afraid to acknowledge that. It really does no good to turn it all into a pissing contest!

These people can whine all they want. The gears for VF6 have already been set into motion, and I can't wait!

Yeah, I'm not getting over this~ I found a video of someone playing through VF5 Ultimate Showdown with Jean wearing his Jin costume! All the other characters were in their Tekken 7 costumes, too (with the exception of a Jean mirror match), and it's absolutely ironic that the last stage was Akira dressed as Kazuya. 🤣 (He's technically the last. Dural is always a bonus stage.) It was so fun! I loved it!

Yeah. A few of these make 0 sense. Pai should have been Xiaoyu, dammit! And why didn't they go with Hwoarang or Law for Lei-Fei? On the other hand, some are genius! Shun being Lei? Heck yes, because drunken kung fu~ Taka being Bob? YES. BIG GUY REPRESENTATION. Goh as Bryan, with the skull mask covering his face? Fuck yes~ Brad as Claudio?
